Stay away from this hotel!!!

During check-in there was a crackhead in the lobby screaming about a nine dollar charge while her man was standing outside the front door with about five other transients. Hotel is dirty...riddled with trash (see pics). Definitely would never recommend this place!!

Overbooked rooms and slow refund.

Booked the hotel and paid for it. Was calked 2 hours before check-in and told they did not have a room. Was left scrambling to find a room and still waiting for my refund.

Close proximity to hospital ( reason for stay). This place needs a new lift of detail in cleanliness and accessory . Hall carpets looked as if they had not neen shampooed in 4 years. This place- " Animal House" morning after the party. WOW

They need to learn how use a vacuum and broom. It had an old musty smell about the place. Trash cans were full and flowing over. The staff was polite, but there were some unsavory characters about the place. It did have a good restaurant on site.

Everything was good except the continental breakfast is a cold breakfast during the week. So cereal, yogurt and toast. They only have forks and knives. I asked for a spoon and they said they are out, so now I’m trying to eat cereal and yogurt with a fork. Cereal was very difficult and ended up throwing it away!!
