Excellent per friendly place. Close to everything. We traveled 5 adults, 1 child and 5 dogs. An unusual trip for us, but only possible if we could bring pets. Its not new, but very accommodating and friendly, decent breakfast especially when consider its free. Neighborhood felt safe even when walking dogs. Definitely would stay here again.

Not a hotel for sure! Go to motel 6

Our first room had a view of a brick wall. We had to ask for towels when we checked in and then again the next day. The room was never serviced, trash was not taken out or beds made or bathroom cleaned. The 3rd night we were moved to a different room, but the beds in both rooms might have had a 5 inch mattress on them..not at all comfortably. The frig in the second room did not work, my husband is diabetic and we needed one for his meds. They changed it out with the one from our first room. One positive thing i guess. Breakfast was the same thing every morning only they were out of something different each day syrup being one for waffles. All i will say you get what you pay for, but not really. It was not a hotel and Motel 6 would have been better that was right down the road. Its about a 50 a night room if you just need a place to sleep one night. By our 4th night we were both living on Advil for our bodies from the bed..

I like it everything about the room and staff, the only thing I didn't like was that the fridge in there was dirty and a chair in there was stained in a nasty way other than that event was good

We had 3 rooms and none of them were good. The bed was broken in the 1st. Everytime you sat on the end of the bed the whole thing tilted to the floor, the 2nd the AC barely worked and in the 3rd room the bathroom ceiling was leaking water so the floor had puddles of water. When you say on the toilet water dripped on you. The ceiling had mold so it has clearly been an issue for awhile. Also the showers in 2 rooms made a really loudly "screaming" noise when in use.

Checked in at 8pm, got to our room and there was as a pile of trash in the hallway, the room looked nothing like they use in the photo for me to book the room, had no towels in the room, when we requested towels they were out and said someone would bring them. Waited for a while, called and asked, said the towels would be coming at some point and I asked if I needed to go buy towels somewhere as our check our time was an hour away, he said we could do that. Delivered the towels about 5 minutes later that were damp and was crazy rude about it. Trash in the hall grew overnight and was overflowing. Terrible experience. The manager will respond to this and defend his property, don’t believe it. Avoid this property.

It was horrible. Tried to get my money back but they refused. We got there and no one was at the front desk. They left the property to go pick up another employee waa gone for over 40mins. We ended up not being able to go to silver dollar city because of the wait. They had roaches in the rooms and ran out of towels the day of check out

Only negative was when we arrived at 3:40 to check in (starting at 3) there were at least 4 others ahead of us checking in. There was NOT anyone working at the front desk. The first people in line stated they had been there for 30 min. Around 15 min later an employee showed up and helped everyone get checked in quickly. He was super fast and friendly. Room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was awesome! I would stay here again!

Overnight stay might be good.

Shower water unregulated. Burn your butt then got really cold. Ask front desk for maid service on third day and none was sent. No clean towels for entire 4 day stay. Trash running over. Full breakfast was good.

Clean and comfortable

What I appreciate: clean room, great bathroom lighting, hot breakfast and a friendly staff. Its a smaller hotel that has cosmetic upgrades. My bathroom had rust along the bathroom ceiling which is an east fix. And the color blue used in their color scheme is just ugly.
