Overall the stay was good and don’t have any real complaints. However. The bathroom is the smallest bathroom I have ever been in. You really can’t dry off outside the bathroom if you have kids because there is no privacy.

Property was fine, staff handled issue with ac promptly. Parking is an issue with a full hotel- we had no parking available one night after we returned from a show. Had to park in “unmarked” parking spot and prayed our car wouldn’t be towed. This needs to be addressed somehow. I assume there were cars there that didn’t belong at the hotel but who knows. Otherwise decent stay, older rooms need a little updating, but overall beds were decent, breakfast was decent.

The hot tub need a better cleaning. I wiped it down and it had a lot Of residue. The breakfast is always good, just needs to be kept warm better.

OUR 4-DAY STAY AT THE STONE CASTLE WAS BOTH A PLEASURE AND A HASSLE Comfortable rooms that were spacious, Along with access to shows were a plus; Breakfast was centrally situated; Frequently in serving lines we waited; On peak days the dining room was crowded; Eating in close quarters we felt shrouded; There were many a food type selection, But no bacon served for our digestion; On peak days parking was problematic; I searched through the whole parking schematic One night until at Building 3’s far side, I parked, and to Building 1 I did stride; By far the most disappointing aspect Of our stay, and I mean no disrespect, Was the fact housekeeping into our room Never came to clean with nary a broom; Both of our trash cans remained full of stuff, And if all that does not seem like enough, Into the cart we emptied our own trash; One night we returned to our room to crash, Having left a trashcan outside our door; It was emptied, but still on the hall floor; Therefore, although there were good and bad things, We may stay elsewhere on our future flings. Room was fairly clean, bathroom is tiny. Room smelled like a dog had been in it, very musty. Breakfast was hot and plentiful, but not seasoned at all. Outlet in the room for coffee, hair dryer and iron only had one plug that worked.

I really thought this place was a good value. While the room is unassuming, it was clean, functional, quiet, and secure. Breakfast was great. The waterfall area beside the breakfast room was really pretty and a nice touch. I didn’t have much interaction with the front desk staff but they were professional and efficient. The breakfast staff was friendly and made sure the place was well stocked and clean. The only suggestion I have that would have improved our likelihood of staying in the future is if they would have had a Tesla Destination Charger, as we often like to bring that car to Branson, but chargers can be a little challenging to find. This is not a dig at the hotel, though. This isn’t a feature they’ve advertised in any way..just a suggestion for something that I would love having in the future. Good stay! Great value.

Room was fairly clean except there was dust accumulating around tbe edges & corners.Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Parking was rather tight at night . Could of used more handicap spaces.The room needed more plug ins,due to plugging in multiple devices at one time.
