I liked most of the visit. The pillows were great! The breakfast was good. Several choices. The bathroom was pretty small. The front desk employees were polite but not friendly. Otherwise, it was a pretty good place to stay.

I enjoyed the stay but we had a light bulb burned out that never got replaced. I saw maintenance in hall and asked them but never did. The whirlpool faucet also was broken and didn’t get fixed. Otherwise it was all good

They did not have me in their system when I checked in, so we did not get the room we had ordered. Instead of a King bed, we were put in a Queen. We were right by the elevator, so it was extremely noisy. We had to put the trash can and the dirty towels outside our door to get them to replace.

Started out great it was our honeymoon stay for 2 nights…it was clean, hallways seemed dark & very drab almost creepy… we rented the room for the Jetta tub and couldn’t get enough hot water to come up halfway even… When we left, we accidentally left four shirts hanging in the closet. I called as soon as we got home, housekeeping had not brought them up yet she told me to call The next day, called again they didn’t have them he said he would give manager a note with my number, called again the next day talked to the manager Heather, she said she did not have a note. I needed to call housekeeping directly, and they were gone for the day or if I thought they were stolen I needed to call Branson police. She was rude…Called the following day and the gentleman told me that he would have to radio housekeeping because they did not have a phone to be connected to…I called back that evening to see if he found anything out he said they had not responded yet, but he would radio again..He called in the morning to say that housekeeping had nothing. Needless to say it was our fault but very disappointed in how it was handled… If I had called several days later, I would’ve understood it, but I called as soon as we got home and realized we forgot them, four hours later … We were willing to pay to have them shipped, which they said there was a box right there to take care of it… Breakfast was good that they offered, but you felt like you were eating in a mess hall… Everything was understaffed

Property is older but clean. Food was sufficient. Could use a remodel to update. Rooms are small but sufficient. Beds are firm but comfortable good pillows. Close to shopping

The only issue I had was the ac unit did not work but luckily it was a cool night. It was a decent one night stay. The staff was great and check in was lightning fast.
