My family and I loved this property! It was clean and staff was very friendly. There was a complimentary breakfast. We will be back.

Rooms were dated and not in a themed way. The room was not cleaned properly.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! Our five year old loved our medieval themed room, the arcade, the pool. It is definitely on our come back list!

Clean property, comfortable beds, great location. Was quiet even when fully booked. Buffet was not all that great but were mid Covid so some changes had to be made.. not their fault.

The room was good and bed was comfortable. The price was great. The hot breakfast eggs, biscuits & gravy were not good. They had no flavor so we went somewhere else for breakfast. Since the price was right didn't mind going out for a great breakfast. I would stay here again for the Orbitz price.

The beds were not comfortable. Bathroom xtra small. Hot tub had ants crawling along crack in wall. Vending machines were mostly empty. Parking was awful. We were in bldg 3. Would leave for breakfast in morning for about an hour and parking area was open. About 8am and later the parking lot in front of our bldg was full. We had to park in front of a different bldg and walk over more than once. The staff was friendly and the castle look was fun.

They brought Clay Cooper in and read a book and sang. But i didnt like the fact that it took me 2 times to go get a key to work for our room and that didnt work so they told me if the 2nd time if that the key didnt work to call from the lobby phone and maintenance would come up and fix it . So it took them 3 times for them get the keys to work. I dont think its my responsibility to go see if my keys work after my first time trying and plus it was in the 3rd building not the first one.Plus we was awake all nite with people above us making all kinds of noise thru the AM. It wasnt a good stay at all. After a person pays over 109.00 for a nites stay they should of tried taking better care of us.

The rooms were clean. Pools were nice and also clean. Breakfast bar was well stocked, and offered a variety of food. Staff was friendly.

I loved the theming! My room was themed as a beach side room. On top of the cute theming there were little things like take one , leave one used books to read. The staff were friendly and efficient.

This complex is very large and unique, we enjoyed our stay!

We loved the bed the most The location is great and the style is amazing The price was great Thank you

On Thursday 4-18-19 they came into our room changed out trash but did not make beds.

Nice hotel. Not super fancy. Very nice staff. Will stay here again.

It was a very nice hotel. Our room was small. Very nice. Just small. Not all rooms are.

It is fine but have dtsyed at other hotels bettrr for the dame price.

The room was good and bed was comfortable. The price was great. The hot breakfast eggs, biscuits & gravy were not good. They had no flavor so we went somewhere else for breakfast. Since the price was right didn't mind going out for a great breakfast. I would stay here again for the Orbitz price.

Next time, we would be happy to show you a couple options on rooms and see if any of them might work better for you. We will absolutely have our maintenance staff check out what's going on with the ants by the hot tub, we definitely don't want those! Thank you again and we hope to see you on your next trip.
