The property needs to be more modernized and the breakfast wasn't all that great.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great hospitality and service. The pool area was a bit dirty… only complaint.
The worst issue was housekeeping, who started trying to get into our room at 9:20am on the day of our check out. The housekeeper burst in again at 10:25. I was extremely displeased as our child was only partially dressed. When I told her this was unacceptable and that we had until 11:00am to be out of our room, she replied back nastily that it was actually any time after 10:00am. When I took my concerns to the front desk, they quickly got a manage and listened to my concerns. They took care of me quickly and made sure that I was satisfied with the results. I am very impressed with their dedication to customer service and because of this, I would definitely give them another chance.
All the staff were super friendly and helpful! Nice breakfast, good selection! Nice clean pools!

The design of the building was true to a castle
Rooms where a bit small and the beds seemed more like full size instead of the queens size beds advertise and the bathroom where very small. Kinda reminded me of a hotel u would rent in NYC but aside from that it was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was very nice.
My family and I loved this property! It was clean and staff was very friendly. There was a complimentary breakfast. We will be back.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! Our five year old loved our medieval themed room, the arcade, the pool. It is definitely on our come back list!
Clean property, comfortable beds, great location. Was quiet even when fully booked. Buffet was not all that great but were mid Covid so some changes had to be made.. not their fault.

The room was good and bed was comfortable. The price was great. The hot breakfast eggs, biscuits & gravy were not good. They had no flavor so we went somewhere else for breakfast. Since the price was right didn't mind going out for a great breakfast. I would stay here again for the Orbitz price.
Easy to find. Clean rooms. Easy access to everything. We had the clay copper room. Overall very good needs a little maintenance on a few small items. Overall very satisfied.
