I liked the pool and hot tub. The room was large and so was the bathroom
Place was great. Only thing is it isnt close to the strip but we ubered so we had a blast.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Friendly people and great parking.
Good place to stay in Branson
First thing that caught my attention when we walked into the lobby was that the floors were filthy. They just needed vacuumed but it was pretty bad. We waited around before we checked out so the kids could try out the arcade but at 15 minutes passed the time it was supposed to be open, the door was locked, no lights on and no machines were turned on. There was no sign saying it wouldn't be open so we waited around for nothing but couldn't wait any longer as we had somewhere to be. I was not AT ALL impressed with the breakfast situation! Everyone had to wear disposable gloves to get the food but I highly doubt it made a difference given the fact no one was even cleaning tables. Both days we went down for breakfast every single table in there was filthy. Tables were sticky, had crumbs all over, crumbs all over the chairs. Covid or not, I would expect the food area to be MUCH cleaner than it was! We will no be staying there again.
Friendly staff, breakfast was wonderful.
Friendly accommodating staff. Perfect location. Easy access to everything. Quiet.
Nice hotel. Has old colonial look inside. Hot tub and pool were good. Wish rates were better per night stay as I felt they were high but what can you do when all hotels are charging more for stays. Lots of parking Staff friendly
We would definitely return to this hotel.
We'd hear that ice cream would be served in the evenings but that was not the case during our stay.
Favorite hotel in the branson area. The rooms are big, beds and pillows are comfortable, and breakfast was great! Our favorite place to stay.
Very clean with best room set up: large, refrigirator and microwave allowing to save money on food, great location
Property was older but clean. Very open and welcoming. The phone in our room was broke so we couldn't reach front desk on it. Our fridge didn't stay cold so we had to throw away some food. Beds we're comfy. Pool area was large and included a hot tub. Free breakfast. It was ok. Biscuits and gravy that you could add enough salt and pepper to, to be decent. Eggs, sausage, and bagels, cereal, fruit, and muffins. Kids had no problem filling up on it every morning.
Did not stay. I was told they were not pet friendly and they referred me to the Hilton down the road. She said she would verify if you called.

Dear Guest, Thank you for visiting. We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay.
Dear Guest, Thank you for your time. I appreciate you letting us know about key issues that you noticed. I am sorry we disappointed you. We have been working diligently on all the Christmas decorations for the lobby, this however is no excuse that the lobby needed some vacuuming. As far as the game room, there is someone at the front desk 24 hours a day. Our front desk person must have been helping another guest. I am sorry that she did not get the game room opened before you departed. Sundays are very busy in the morning. In the breakfast area, we do offer disposable gloves if a guest would like them. We also have hand sanitizer in the breakfast room and at the front desk. We do not require anyone to wear the disposable gloves, it is up to the person if they so choose. The breakfast room is very busy during most mornings, more so on weekends. We all try are best to keep food filled and tables and chairs clean. Thank you for letting us know about your stay. Have a blessed day.
