Pointe Royale is a great place to stay. The condo was perfect size and nice and clean. Did need a little updating, but it was nice and we didn't have any problems! would stay there again and would recommend it to my friends and family!
When we arrived, we were not allowed to go into our room. The security guard did not have our reservation. He had to call and wake someone up to go back to the office to get our reservation. We had to wait 45 minutes. There were many bugs around the door which made it very uncomfortable. I will never stay there again.
I have stayed at fall creek and wyndham which were wonderful! This hotel was dirty which included; trash behind my bedside table, cereal bowls under my bed with cereal stuck to them, ants in the kitchen, spiders falling out of the towels. It was also somewhat unsafe for my toddler;the shades had the cord that children have got wrapped around their neck, the stove was outdated and buttons were at my 2 year olds hand level. I also found a tyenol ES in the bathroom upon arrival and broken sharp bobby pin on the floor in the master bedroom. All of the furniture and decor in the condo was very outdated. Mauve flowers on the wall and a message that stated that we would be responsible for missing linen. After spending $160/night I feel like I am aware that I am not to take the laundry....but that was the least of my concern.
