An older motel, but very clean and customer service was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was wonderful, and the Manager’s reception in the evening was a nice sweet bonus.

Breakfast was good, average, normal foods. One staff member was outside on his phone, close to the front, on speaker, and it was loud with the F word used a few times. Our battery died on the door pad. They got us in with an emergency key, but no one had the tool to change the battery. So, we had to rely on someone to let us in. Good thing we left the next morning.

The first morning there it was pour down rain and the associate getting ready to service the room let us use a couple of towels to cover our heads so we could get our jacket and umbrella. Everyone that’s works there was friendly and gave great service and it felt like family

The stinking experience I have had in 30 years, the AC was so noisy that we couldn’t sleep. When to Walmart and bought air fresheners and couldn’t cover the stink or the room. Worst experience ever in Branson.

We had booked Brandon’s Best, but do to a booking issue, they moved us to sister motel down the road. We had stayed in Branson’s Best in Dec 2024 and were looking forward to it again to enjoy the desserts at night. We were told we could still come there for desserts but after first night it was just a hassle to get back out in car that late to go down there. Our room at 7 Gables was clean but hair dryer nor the phone worked. They did bring us another hair dryer so that was nice of them.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. They even had a slot of time to stop by and get dessert. That was an extra perk that is normally not part of the stay at a motel. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had eggs and sausage along with the southern standard biscuits and gravy.

Awesome

We've read a lot of wonderful things about BB over the years, but experiencing is so much better. Our room was wonderful. The mattress was very comfortable. Loved the dessert options every night and the hot breakfast option. The only thing that caused a struggle for us was not having a microwave in the room.
