We needed a Place for the Night and this worked for us. Nothing Fancy or New, but Clean and Confortable Bed. A good place for the Money spent.

This property stole $65 from me I the room from my phone and when I check it they said i live too close to hotel They have a 60 mile rule i live 69 miles away and traveling the opposite direction The night clerk would not peaceful discuss my situation and would not guve me a refund stating 3 rd party blah blah I return the next morning hoping for a kinder more reasonable person and it was worst The manager was even more ridget in her position and was more difficult to talk about details only quoting some fine print which was never clearly on the web site or hidden in fine print o. A secret page Please get with this propert and have them agree to accept clients or remove them from your Bussiness partner Ps i travel alot am im also a Wyndham diamond member and this is how how was treated
Didnt realize we were getting a handicapped room, and they would not change it. Every day we had to have our keys reset...only to find out our door didnt even lock!!!

Wasn’t greeted by anyone for almost 10 minutes, there was just a sign that said be right back. Check in took at least 30 minutes and the computer kept going down. Checked in at 6pm and the room wasn’t ready, had to wait another 30 minutes for it to be cleaned. Overall the room itself was acceptable, but I won’t be back.
Fine for the price. Clean and comfortable beds. Moved to a different room when first room not accep
Room was okay just small. Asked for room with whirlpool tub for special night but tub didnt work. Washcloth stuck in ceiling in place of a tile. Only 1 washcloth for 2 adults. Extra blanket had cigarette burns. Room was clean though besides. Towels folded nice, n bed made.
My bedspread had obvious cigarette burns in them. I got no room service for my entire stay
It was a very good price and clean. The staff was friendly. Nice place to stay. Nothing fancy but your needs were met.
I loved the location, the cleanliness of the room and the whole cleanliness of the inside, outside, the great customer service of all of the staff. I would recommend to anyone to stay here.
I just needed a place to stay for 1 night & this place was conveniently located to where I needed to go the next day. Room was a little small, but it had a king sized bed which took up quite a bit of room. :) Internet was good, front desk staff was friendly, & you get a 10% discount at the Waffle House right next door! Not bad for a one-nighter.
Very clean and exceptional staff. Cleaning crew went above to write my daughter a note and fold her personal blanket into a heart shape
the check in guy was really rude, basically told us well this is what you get. Downside our room from a queen suite to a king. We needed the double queen and the pull out sofa bed
The hotel staff was very friendly, but we could barely turn around in the room. It was actually smaller than most of the rooms I've had in NYC. The fridge was so loud we considered unplugging it for the night.
