Sticky floors, fly infested, uncomfortable mattress, permanent resident next door. Checked out first night and was given a full refund

I booked and paid for a room and when I got there they said they were sold out.
I liked the room, but outside, lots of people always out to early morning, always asking for money and trying to sell drugs
Worst experience I’ve had in a motel - no toiletries, no blankets, the one small blanket I had was burned with cigarettes. Not enough towels, room just generally nasty. Management did nothing about it except say “I’ll tell the head housekeeper”. I kept the room because I arrived so late and just wanted to sleep, but was really disappointed that I was not credited anything back.
To much fighting with all the other rooms. The housekeepers are very nice most of the time
