I couldn't stay here. The room was dirty, smelly and damp. I asked to change rooms and the lady was very nice and gave me a different room. That room was smelly, dirty, towels were dirty, shampoo and conditioner were empty bottles. I explained the problem with the new room to the lady at the desk who was nice but at this point i just wanted to get my money back and go to a clean hotel. I had to call orbitz which was not easy to reach a person on the phone, but did eventually have my money refunded and found a better hotel down the street.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but unfortunately I feel like I need to share. My family & I checked in but ended up leaving after 45 minutes. With respect, the place is so bad. The pool was freezing because the heat pump was not working and the hot tub was caution taped off and completely drained (EVEN WITH IT BEING PROMOTED WITH A WORKING POOL & HOTUB). The hallways were so hot they smelt awful & the staff was not kind. After deciding this place was not for us we left within an hour of checking in & found a new hotel. The hotel proceeded to still charge us for our stay after verbally agreeing they would not. It was unfortunately a bad experience all around.

The hotel was pretty good overall. The pool area is clean and well maintained. The hot tub jets do not work so it's like sitting in a hot bath. The rooms are clean and spacious. If you like a very firm bed then you'll love these. Breakfast was very good. Biscuits and gravy, waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, the list goes on and on......

Found a dirty urine pad left on the bed went to front desk requested a refund and wanted to leave the hotel that night so the insisted to move me to another room where the shower was clogged up and the bed I slept on I felt I slept on a brick woke up in pain.

When we arrived they only had my reservation for one room, not two even though I had the confirmation email from Expedia showing I reserved two rooms. The place is old and it shows. The pool and hot tub are WHY we booked there and the pool was nice but the Hot Tub was completely torn apart and drained. They never mentioned that when we checked in and were talking about sitting in the hot tub that night :(

Breakfast the first day was a little borderline compared to other Best Westerns as the batter for the waffles was thick as cement and almost unusable plus the breakfast burritos seemed like little more than tortillas with sauce smeared on them. The second day was more acceptable. Some of the equipment in the fitness center didn't work quite right. The rest of the hotel was okay but the air seemed a little stuffy and humid. Overall it was okay but not as good as many other Best Westerns.

Brandon Best Western.
Did not start out good as we arrived at 3:30 pm to check in and it was 5:30 pm before we got to our room. Chose this motel for the hot tub and sauna and they were not working. On the second day of our stay we never did get room service to replace our towels even though I ask two different house keepers about it and they both said our room was on the list. Finally had to take dirty towels to front desk to get clean ones. On the next day we got our room tidied up at 5 pm which consisted of clean towels and trash emptied. However the breakfast was good.

Hotel needs updating. Rooms were drab. Mattresses were springy and super uncomfortable. Husband had to duck to wash his hair due to the short shower head, he’s 5’11. Could hear neighbors using the bathroom next door. Breakfast was a positive!

It’s fine. Nothing to write home about. Rooms are dated, and the pictures look better online that the rooms in person. Hotel is dated, old popcorn ceilings and textured walls. Staff was nice and breakfast was good. I booked this room over others because it had an indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. The hot tub was down all week being painted. Considering I stayed 6 nights, they were in no hurry to get it back up and going.
