The house was perfect for our vacation! The host was very responsive when I had a question, plenty of kitchen items for us to cook with, very spacious and a great view (we even saw a bald eagle). I would highly recommend staying here!

If I could rate it higher than 5 stars, I would! The house is wonderful, perfect for a large group. The amenities were just what we needed without being fussy or overdone. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. There were some nice surprises for us in the house, which I’ll not mention so others might be surprised.

The views were excellent. We soaw some beautiful sunsets and enjoyed the full moon. The kids had a great time roasting marshmallows at the outdoor fire. We also enjoyed the use of the community pool. Silver Dollar City was close. We enjoyed it all!

We are a great group of longtime friends who take at least one vacation together every year. We have rented many large places and overwhelming vote this one as the very best. En-suites for each couple; two floors of large living areas with walkout decks; dining table and chairs for 12; great access to all parks, restaurants, attractions, parking for all cars; etc.

The house is in a great location, convenient to Silver Dollar City and the Branson strip. Our family had ample room, and the kitchen was very well stocked. We would definitely stay here again!

The layout of the house was perfect for our family. The kitchen was very well equipped with appliances, gadgets and dishes. There are a couple of items that need attention. only thing overall the flooring needs to be thoroughly cleaned. The hard surfaces need a scrubbing and carpets on stairs cleaned. Our grand kids feet were really dirty when walking around barefoot. Secondly, the curtain rods were falling down because they were drilled to the plaster only. Sounds like a nit pick but the house gets the direct afternoon sun so closing the curtains late afternoon and early evening was a must to sit at the tables. A great house that just needs a little TLC in the upkeep.

No view

Nice house, during the summer you have no view of the lake. Kitchen was nice, but had limited plastic bowls and drinking glasses. The other think that was a little inconvenient was no shared bathroom, meaning you would have to use your bedroom bathroom. We had 12 people so everyone had to use thier assigned bathroom. Lots of parking which was a big plus. Good location to everything.

Perfect house

This was the perfect house for a family trip to Branson. We had a total of 10 people (3 families). Each of us had our own floor. The bathrooms on the 1st and 3rd floors have tubs for the small kids. The entry floor is actually the 2nd floor which is great for grandparents that can’t do stairs. The bathrooms on the 2nd floor have walk in showers. The house was very clean and we really enjoyed the fire pit at night!

Perfect place to stay with family!

My husband and I booked this house so we could have a vacation with our kids and their families. We loved our stay here! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. It was so nice for the everyone to have their own space. Would definitely stay here again!

Spring break

The home was by far the nicest of any homes I have ever rented through VRBO. Clean, modern, fully functioning, with tons and tons of space to spread out and relax. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and paper products. Kitchen had every possible item one would need for cooking. Neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. Would come back again and again!

Great stay after disappointing first impression.

The property had not been completely cleaned upon our arrival. Bathroom sinks, tubs and showers had not been cleaned.Floors not swept. Clean towels not in bathrooms. After hearing of the situation, the property manager contacted us immediately to make things right. Seems the cleaning person got our check in date wrong and had only completed part of the cleaning. We had already rectified the situation and therefore declined her coming out to finish the work. The following day, she stopped by to replenish toilet paper, paper towels and a nice welcoming basket. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and the property was perfect for our large group. I do feel we deserve a partial refund for having to complete the cleaning before we felt comfortable staying. We did make doubly sure that we left the property in much better condition than when we found it.

Wonderful hill top place

It’s a big beautiful home with access to heated pool. Host was responsive to a couple repairs that would be hard for them to know about unless someone told them. Big living n dining room. Comfortable beds. Wish it was warmer outside to be able to enjoy there wonderful porches.

Enjoyable Property

Family from TX and ND elected to meet at Branson for our annual visit. This home was a perfect location for us. We were impressed with how well stocked the home was - all the amenities that would be available at a hotel plus the benefit of some cooking staples. We brought snacks and made brunch each day and then enjoyed supper in Branson. The kitchen had all the utensils and equipment we needed for our meals. Compared to a recent stay at a VRBO in FL - the supplies available at this house were almost extravagant and certainly welcome. We would highly recommend this property.
