the flight was delayed for 30 minutes, and I noticed at the hotel that my luggage was damaged. I bought flight insurance from you too, and it's apart of the criteria, what should I do?

Jan 30, 2020

Great, much shorter flight. Arrived 30 min. before the time.

Jan 27, 2020

This was a last minute trip with the death of my mother. I didn't have much choice on how what route to travel. As a result I needed to go through LAX with a long layover. I don't know if it was because of the long layover but I couldn't check into both legs of the flight at the same time. This was a drag to try and find the time to check in at 2 different times while dealing with what I was dealing with.

Jan 11, 2020

Baggage was very slow took 45 minutes

Jan 7, 2020

generous on the drink and actually has snack, and that's +1.

The flight attendant on this flight is a true professional who takes pride in outstanding service

Unclean plane

Didn’t like that I had to pay for my luggage on international flight . Last time I checked Canada is still another country!

Dec 11, 2019

The entertainment system needs updating, second time my tv hasn't worked, disappointed as I get nervous when i travel and watching movies calms me down.

Poised stewardesses, no fake smiles given. Just firm and totally focused on one customer at a time.
