Quiet rooms. Fantastic hot water. You can open a window and get air. The in room HVAC system is quiet. Newly appointed an updated facility. Fantastic for the professional traveler
The staff displayed wonderful customer service. The airport shuttle driver was wonderful.
Property was fairly close to the monorail service and not too far from Pike’s market (though a little too long to walk). Room was good size and very clean. Very hospitable staff.
The Loyal Inn met our needs for a night in Seattle and an early pickup the next morning to catch a ferry. There’s lots of construction around the hotel currently but that’s true of most of Seattle. The room was spacious and we didn’t hear any noise from the street.
Property has a nice open space fore visiting. Breakfast area as well as nightly events is nice. Pool was down for maintence while we were there. They had an adults lounge as well as a fitness center that was well equipped. Rooms were great.
Had a small issue. And they went over and beyond to remedy the problem. I would absolutely stay with them again.
Has the benefits of Embassy Suites for a family with 3 little kids. But needs a facelift, certainly new carpets.
