Bad smell in the hallway
The gal that checked us in was very kind and professional
My daughter referred to it as the Shining but dialed down. The pull out bed was non usable. The "free" breakfast was really nothing but mini muffins and pre packaged danishes. You could hear all the traffic going by the whole night. The security latch to the door was broken. We did not feel very safe there.
good location
Had to wait a long time for the shuttle. On check in the staff looked like they couldn’t care less. Not much eye contact. The hotel clearly needs updating. Breakfast was marginal- cold cereal or packets of instant oatmeal. Pastries were prepackaged, cellophane wrapped variety like you would find at gas station. Coffee was good.
all ok
Night Auditor was very kind as well as the morning desk agent- nicest staff encountered on my trip! Tyler-Colorado.
Great inexpensive hotel near the airport if you just need a place to sleep.
They left dirty towels from previous guests in the room. There was no in room coffee packets. Breakfast was very poor, weak coffee and a few stale pastries. There are no decent restaurants or coffee houses nearby.
We won’t be back.
Understaffed and advertised breakfast was only coffee and one banana for all the guest to share
Under staffed.
I was given a key to an occupied room, I had to drag my bags ALLLLL the way down to the ONE elevator (also very dirty). The clerk apologized-he was nice but, I I still had to drag my bags all the way up again. The clerk was dressed in a plaid flannel shirt with a baseball cap, again-nice guy but not professionally dressed. There was no water for purchase, a nice guy there gave me some. The halls were dirty, not well-lit…I am a woman by myself so I asked for a close room. Since I booked thru Orbitz for a certain room type, he said he could not change it to move me closer. The van took 20-30 minutes to get to the airport. All in all I give it a 1, because the desk clerk was nice. This place is awful-if you are looking to stay-DON’T. I guess I got what I paid for at less than $75. Never again.
A good place to stay if you are flying out of SEATAC. The hotel shuttle is clean, spacious, and on time. The room was clean. The bed was hard as a rock, but since I was staying one night I made due. Overall a good place to stay for the price.
Room keys did not function on a daily basis. Billing mistakes x2. Night manager with red beard wore plain white undershirt while on service the night I arrived. Slovenly and unprofessional.
Water in the sink was hot enough to scold my hands but the water inbthe shower was too cold to even take a shower. The "breakfast" isnt really breakfast just a yogurt and a danish. Theres always people yelling at night it seems and i had to tell a drunk to stop yelling outside my door. Staff is great
They were running loud de-humidifiers right outside some rooms, and no explanation as to why. Shower had very low water pressure and the water was luke warm. The shuttle service to the airport was good.
I have stayed here 3 times now. It would have been nice to know about the $150 security deposit that is due (and refunded after 3-5 days after checkout) when checking in. Over all I’m very pleased with my stay and will stay here again.
