Yes, big shout out to Emilie at the front desk on our arrival and to the checkout staff - made us feel special. The hotel was special - one of the nicest we've stayed in actually. Room was nice and clean and just great all round. Looks like it has a nice pool and lounging area for summer months. Will be back or can recommend the hotel easily. Breakfast was good too and had hot and cold offerings.

I’m celiac and have no way of knowing if the food is gluten free, they do not label if it’s gluten free - I’ve stopped eating the breakfast because there is no labeling or options for me. The room they gave me this last time had a pretty gross carpet. Normally aside from the breakfast the rooms have been fine but this last visit I was discouraged and considering other options for future stays in town (I’m regularly staying there while in town)

The staff were very friendly. The continental breakfast was decent for being free. It wasn't noisy. After seeing some reviews about smell I asked for a carpetless room. I was hopeful that would be good enough. The room cleanliness was pretty atrocious though. I went and asked the front desk right after check in for a mop and cleaning products so i could clean the room. She didn't have a mop but gave me a bottle of spray and a couple of washcloths. Both rags were dark brown after just doing part of the floor. I ended up going to purchase a mop, disinfecting mop solution, and then paper towels to clean the counters/nightstands/etc. I also got slippers so I wouldnt have to walk on the hotel room floor. The amount of hair on the floor and shower walls was nauseating. After deep cleaning the room myself I just kept the "do not disturb" sign on the door for the week. The bed was comfortable enough. Rooms have a mini fridge and microwave which is nice.

Checked in and the front door was broken, the same one I complained about last year (nov 2024). One of the rear entry doors was in the 'unlock' status so anyone could enter the building at any time (this was corrected before we checked out). At check in, no information was provided regarding amenities (hot tub appeared to be available but no information provided and none on website) nor was any information provided for hours for breakfast. Not a big deal, but cookies were not made on the day we checked in, nor did I see any when we checked out. Overall, it leads me to question how well this hotel is really run and maintained.

Upon arrival, the room we booked and pre-paid for was not available. The front desk said that “because we booked through a third party” our reservation was deprioritized and there was nothing we could do about it. Their outdoor trash cans were overflowing into the landscaping, and their hall carpet is pulling up causing a tripping hazard. This was our last stay at this hotel. Customer service and facility maintenance are going downhill fast.

When we arrived there was black mold in the tub/shower,the tissue box was empty. There was toe nail clippings on the floor. The next morning we went to go eat breakfast only to hear someone didn't show up so there was no breakfast. I stayed two nights so when we came back to stay the next night we got new towels but the bed was not made,the floor not cleaned and the bathroom not cleaned at all. coffee filter left in the machine and only decaf left from the night before.
