Stinks. Stains. Has a dish washer which is nice, but you had to finagle it to work. Accepts cats which is nice. The girl at the front desk laughed when I called down and told her the chair in my room (that was my toddler wanted to sit on to have dinner) was stained with very obvious white crusty stains at the crotch location of the chair. I was much more clear with her about knowing what it was and wanting a new chair. Was told they had no more and would get one when someone checked out the next day and never heard from her again. Called down a different day to talk to the front desk girl about check in checkout times she was very condescending and rude. She even tried to save her own behind when my husband called right after and she apologized to him for speaking to me the way she did. Mariah (supposedly the head of housekeeping). I understand that they seem to be understaffed but talking to your customers rudely is a good way to end up loosing a job all together. She also never called back with information she was supposed to get from her manger the following day about the cat fee and our triple A discount. I wouldn’t recommend or stay here again.

Latches and door handles broken. Transients living in and around property LUGGAGE STOLEN BY TRANSIENTS Pet feces in Hallways DISGUSTING AND UNSAFE Staff and police admitted this location is considered unsafe locally.

The staff were really nice but everything had to be picked up at front desk. The room we were in had bed bugs (Room 244), my husband got chewed up very badly and is still suffering, 3 days so far, very bad welts. They did change our room, take alll our clothes to put them in the dryer. I had to refold & pack all and move the entire room. They comped that night only, not the entire stay, and gave a coupon for one night somewhere else, good for one year. I feel the entire stay should have been comped because my husbsnd and disabled mother jn law are so badly bitten it has made this vacation utterly unbearable for them.

Checked in got room, walked in and room was dirty , walked back down got new room and it was even more dirty than the first one , finally 3rd room was clean but no heater nothing worked :( would not stay there again!! Thank goodness we just were there for short time cause I wouldn’t go back

Good value for a hotel close to Seattle. Clean and comfortsble.

Landed on Friday night. Found clogged sink. Complain to get it fix. They told us no one can come to fix it till Monday.

continental breakfast will have only few muffins and bars nothing more. you need to change the towels yourself no one will change it even if you are in short or long stay . TV better don't touch it sofa bed is horrible hotel did not penalize me for vacating early with this condition.

Poor internet, no trash bin in bathroom, dishes needed to be requested and not in the kitchen area.

It was cheap. It was nice that you can cook in the room. Staffs are nice. I like that it was pet friendly. The room was small for a family of 4. I was a bit disappointed that they claimed they have breakfast when the truth is, they only had small muffins and granola bars. But I guess, you get what you paid for.

Excellent hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff and nice location

Rude, worst experience ever. No sheets, blankets or pillows for sleeper sofa. Had to ask front desk for them even though I checked in letting them know I had kids with me. Front desk staff was very rude. Example told me to sign my name on paperwork said she couldn't read my signature so I needed to print my name? What my name is printed on the paperwork. Took close 30 minutes to check in.

The hotel is fairly new and clean, and the staff is friendly. The hotel is understaffed, and the toiletry offerings are minimal.

I arrived late, courteous staff, very accommodating.

Our room had an Ant problem which was a bummer. Had to ask for dishes including pots and pans. Room service would only come if we stayed eight straight days and with those prices they were lucky to have is there at all. The breakfast was subpar. I will not be coming back.
