We were staying at the suite for 2 nights. We asked for room service, they said no. Only guest s staying 4 nights and more are able to request for room service . Disappointing

The hotel was a great location for walking to the market or jumping on the light link rail to go to a game. The rooms were clean and stylish, however, the bed was probably the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on in my life. Over all, it was a really nice hotel and great place to stay, minus the firmness of the bed

The location is nice. The price is high and they nickel and dime you for everything. $35 to check in 1 hour earlier. $25 for hotel credit regardless if you use it or not. They pushed the valet or $30 self parking on a Sunday when parking on the street is free. I guess that is how it goes.

The front desk (2 women) are the worst human beings alive in the world today. Even though I prepaid (Orbitz) for December 26, 2021 to December 30, 2021, my room reservations were “cancelled” as a “no show”. I waited hours for a taxi 🚕 due to the snow, in addition to my delayed flight from Honolulu, Hawaii. The front desk was totally unprofessional, unhelpful, & unfriendly. NO “Aloha Spirit” and BAD KARMA. It will catch up to the women who treated me like a homeless person. What comes around, goes around.

Overall the hotel was nice and in a great area. The $25 daily credit was also nice. The only downside was that I found a Bed Bug in my room. Housekeeping came and changed the sheets and were very nice, but it was still an unsatisfactory experience. I did not receive any credit or compensation from the hotel after reporting the Bed Bug.

I would like to give higher rating but there is a practice this hotel does that keeps me from doing so. Made the res via Orbitz and paid “full” amount when res made. On arrival was told there is a mandatory $25 per day (plus tax) food fee. MUST be paid and no possibility of opting out. Can be used for snacks at kiosk in lobby or in bar or restaurant. If you DON’T use it you’re still charged $25 per day. To me this is a rip off and should have been told during the reservation process either by the hotel or by Orbitz. This is a very nice hotel, conveniently located near shopping, great restaurants and Pikes Place. They’re not doing room service daily but if you need fresh towels etc they can bring them. Just be aware of this additional charge. They didn’t call it a “resort charge.”

The property itself was great. But like some big cities in the U.S., there is a large homeless community living in the adjacent blocks. I did not see that as a personal threat but it was disturbing. Not sure it can be avoided.

Wonderful location. The rooftop bar was fabulous with a great view of the sound. There is a well equipped gym on the 3rd floor. I didn’t try the sauna, but it appeared to be quite nice. Staff members were pleasant; however, they didn’t seem to know much about the area. As there is no concierge, someone needs to be well versed in location of restaurants and events. Rooms were cleaned on request rather than on a daily basis. This was promoted as being eco friendly, but it seemed more like a cost saving measure to me. All in all, I would recommend the hotel. It was clean, modern, and well situated.

I like the convenient location which is 2 blks from Pike Place. I also would suggest staying on a higher floor above the 9th fl so you get some light otherwise you’re facing a parking lot wall in the back of the property. Facing front of the bldg would be a bit noisier unless you are a heavy sleeper and don’t mind. The sauna and steam rooms is what piqued my interest but the sauna rarely got higher than 90-deg and the steam room smelled a little weird.

Great location, nice spa with sauna and steam room

The hotel is located in an excellent location in Seattle where you can easily shop and visit Pikes Market all within easy walking distance of only a block or two . The aesthetics of the hotel are excellent , however, our hotel room windows open to a parking garage! I have never ever stayed in a place where you open your windows and see the inside of a parking garage! We had a beautiful and spacious room with two queen beds. The room was a corner room with lots of space but we kept the window shut the entire time . We almost requested to change rooms, but since we were not in the room for any long length of time, we just let it go. The hotel room was nice and quiet and I would actually rather have a quiet room versus a view. The person working in the lobby or when we booked the room should’ve let us know that the windows face the inside of a parking garage The restaurant Patagon attached to the hotel had excellent food and good service .

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Hotel is close to many restaurants and things to do. Perfect Location. Clean hotel.

The hotel was a great location for walking to the market or jumping on the light link rail to go to a game. Thank you, Dennis, for your posting. I have verified the Urban Destination Fee of $25/night is listed during the reservation process. You are correct in that it can be fully offset in its entirety via purchases made in our Restaurant, Fog Room Lounge, or 24-hour Market up to the daily $25 value so there is no "out of pocket" to the guest. The property itself was great. But like some big cities in the U.S., there is a large homeless community living in the adjacent blocks. I did not see that as a personal threat but it was disturbing. Not sure it can be avoided.

Wonderful location. The rooftop bar was fabulous with a great view of the sound. There is a well equipped gym on the 3rd floor. I didn’t try the sauna, but it appeared to be quite nice. Staff members were pleasant; however, they didn’t seem to know much about the area. As there is no concierge, someone needs to be well versed in location of restaurants and events.
