I had to ask for everything.where are the eleva, what time is breakfast, where is the pool? Etc. Receptionist was not friendly at all. The rooms smelled dirty and the pillow cases were not fresh.
Did not appreciate the treatment given to those who book “via third party.” Were treated like third class citizens. Booked a room with two queens and a couch but was not given one. “Those are not available. Saved for those who book direct from Hilton not third party!”
Staff are very welcoming and friendly
I liked everything but they ran out of the breakfast or didn’t have enough conventional breakfast items but there seems To be shortages everywhere tho. Just would have been nicer not to have to run out and find breakfast food . Which probably explains why I saw a lot of really busy McDonald’s everywhere on our Washington trip this week .
Really enjoyed the hotel, the kids had fun in the pool and the to-go breakfast was perfect!
We needed a hotel after my sons surgery and specifically reserved a room with a bathtub, as it would be easiest, post surgery, for my son. We did not get one, and the staff said they didn’t see that on their end. Then after further review, said that “initially” that’s what we had reserved, but they didn’t have one available. I explained the situation, and once again, upon further review, they “didn’t have one when we checked in, but do now”. This conversation was maybe 5-10 minutes after we checked in. Wasn’t too pleased with that, but aside from that, it was ok. Nothing to spectacular, but nothing that warrants a complaint-aside from the bathtub situation. Ans that wouldn’t have been a big deal, had it not been a need for my son.
Worst breakfast i have seen in a long time. I had to buy something for my four kids to eat From somewhere else. They also wanted to charge for parking and charge for decent internet. When i pay as much i did then I expect these simple things to be included. I will not stay at a Home2Suites again. There are so many better optiones.
Staff was very friendly, however they did not have the room i booked available. They did not have a room available that slept 5, but they did their best to move us to a larger room.
The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The room is spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and attentive. Location is close to shopping and restaurants. Wish i didn't have an adjoining room as i could hear the conversation and TV through the door.
Wow, the property was amazing, staff was so friendly, the room was way better than what I expected and the breakfast was super good as well.
Monte, Lynsey, and Don were great and made us feel welcomed after our horrible taxi ride to the hotel.
This place was clean and neat, the staff was great and the free breakfast was the best I’ve ever had - as far as free hotel breakfasts go.
Staff was friendly, rooms were always clean and well kept! For sure will book for any future trips! The place was immaculate!
We stayed here almost exactly one year ago. I think the hotel was new at the time and it was very nice. But it is now pretty shabby. The room we stayed in smelled like sweaty feet on some of the pillows and also when sitting on the couch. The shower doors neither fully opened or closed. And when we came in, we shut the breaker off to the room so no light for a while. On the good side, Natalie at the desk was I the case and fixed things in about ten minutes. She was the one really bright star and the company is lucky to have her. But sadly, I don’t think we will be back due to the decline. So sad, since it was so very nice and convenient the last time. Please let the manager know that Natalie is great. Thank you.
