Es un ex convento y eso da una vuelta al pasado, anteriormente había visitado este hotel y tenía muebles antiguos y eso le daba más magia al lugar. Ahora encontré este hotel un poco abandonado, le hace falta mucho más limpieza para estar a la altura de un hotel 5 estrellas

Awful hotel, old, poorly maintained 2 star max !

Awful hotel ! The property, while I understand is in a colonial building, has very poor maintainace. Paint, doors, ceilings, lamps, windows aren’t properly maintained. The room is old, and very basic. I’ve stayed at 3 other Quinta Real properties, and this is a 2 star hotel

I am very happy with the staff service for this establishment. The minute we walked in we were welcomed very nicely. We were offered a traditional drink which was something we had not expected, but thought was a nice touch after traveling for a long period of time. The room we were in was on the second floor and was equipped with everything you could need. I will say that walking to this particular room was a bit of a hassle since it was very much hidden and no shortcuts to get there. Overall, though, would recommend if you are looking for a quiet, walkable, welcoming location. Will be coming back again!
