The shower had a weird tilting and the water not only pooled but it was also overflowing if continuous for a couple minutes. Showers felt really difficult. The ceiling plaster was falling off and we even had bits randomly fall throughout our stay. There was no soap when we checked in. Staff was very accommodating and nice and the rooms were massive.

Really not clean. Only one towel for two people. Towels and bedding are i think even hardly washed. Smelly bathroom. I asked for a tissue and they said go buy from pharmacy. The staff was nice, it wasn’t her fault obviously.

I liked the proximity to the zócalo. Everything was within walking distance. The room that I stayed in was kinda strange and unwelcoming. The cleaning staff was terrific! So was the wait staff at the cafe.

Excellent location! Ten minutes to the beautiful Cathedral which is a must see! Also ten minutes to the central park, restaurants and shopping areas. Location is safe, hotel is also safe. All staff are friendly and courteous. The restaurant within the hotel is open for breakfast and the food is incredible. My room had a balcony which was fabulous to sit outside at night and watch the world go by. Will stay again and recommend it to friends.

Restaurant great hotel not great

The rooms had an extremely funky smell. It was hard to sleep with the smell but we got there late and had no option of looking for another place to stay. Hairs on the sink and towels were extremely old and see through. Hotel has great potential but needs allot of TLC. Restaurant- food and service was great. Restaurant great, hotel not great at all.
