Our stay at Casa Juárez was perfect. The hotel is very nice and clean, the location is good and safe parking is available two blocks from the hotel. Mi familia y yo nos hospedamos en Casa Juárez por dos noches, y aunque lo reservé por error, resultó ser el mejor error de reserva de mi vida. Desde el momento en que hice la reserva, recibí un mensaje por WhatsApp con una carta de bienvenida, y a partir de ahí, la atención de Martha fue simplemente inmejorable. Nos ayudaron con todo, desde recomendaciones de lugares para visitar hasta cualquier necesidad que tuviéramos durante nuestra estancia. Las instalaciones son bellísimas, diseñadas con un nivel de detalle impresionante. Es un lugar tranquilo, seguro, limpio y moderno—lo tienen todo. Viajo con frecuencia y me hospedo en muchos hoteles, así que sé reconocer un servicio excepcional, y este hotel sin duda merece un 10/10. Tuvimos la oportunidad de hospedarnos en Casa Juárez, y sin duda será nuestro nuevo hotel de confianza al ir a Puebla, viajamos con nuestro perro y no solo nos consintieron a nosotras, si no que tuvieron las mismas atenciones con Findus!
