Rude service.

Great hotel with good location. Unfortunately, the man behind the bar on our stay tried to overcharge and when it was politely pointed out he said °Go f""k yourself° loud enough for us all to hear. As a consequence of this we will not be staying again. This is a shame as we have been a couple of times and due to family living close we had planned on going again.

Great hotel. Horrible bar staff.

The hotel was great. Clean and nice. The server at the bar was belligerent and aggressive and told me to ‘go fkoi yourself’. He tried to charge me twice.

We have stayed here a few times before but the room and bathroom this time were much smaller and there was a bad smell in the bathroom… coming from the drain I think. If this had been our first stay here we would not elect to stay here again. The location is convenient to where we need to visit but we were disappointed with this stay.
