There were damages throughout the room. The sink and the bathtub were broken, the curtains were partly torn down, the furniture was stained. There was a leak in the ceiling and I feared for my safety. The glass wall in the elevator was broken. The “breakfast” was gross and there were few options. I won’t come back.

The high floor Mountain view rooms are to die for. I've stayed here twice and everything is just great except: It is difficult to find and reach the lobby from the parking lot, with hands full of suitcases and stuff. And difficult to get back to the parking lot again from the lobby, with hands once again full the next morning.

The room was not exactly as what was advertised, a bit outdated. The bathroom was not very clean, toilet seat had hair and it looked like they didn't even wipe it down. other than that the bed was super comfortable, we slept quite well. I would probably stay here again if i am ever in the area.

Hotel Murano has incredibly easy access to the convention center nearby. The staff are friendly and make the stay more enjoyable. The glass artwork on every floor is a nice little touch

The staff was top notch. They were super helpful and responsive. Honestly their service made the stay. The cleanliness was terrible. We found lots of hair in our room that we had to remove and there was a weird stain on the floor next to the bed. The room had lots of dust around the vents and perhaps mold around the edges of the ceiling. For a 4 star hotel I’m honestly astounded at the poor cleanliness . The toilet was janky. You had to hold the flusher at an odd angle to get the toilet to flush. Would honestly not stay or recommend again.

There was a $75.00 per night deposit that was no wjere mentioned. So i was suprosed to see the extra fee on my card. The front desk.explained it but it was not mentioned to me at all before my card was charged.

This hotel has a good gym
I really liked this hotel, the staff were super friendly. I had some issues with room key not working but it didn’t take from a good stay experience. The gym was one of the best hotel gyms I’ve ever used.
