I booked a room for my out-of-town daughter because it was convenient to my place and to her friends house. I knew there were issues related to freeway noise, but wasn't too concerned because she wasn't going to be there much during the weekend stay. I didn't expect there to be a "problem" with the ...
Lovely experience at the Murano, hosting my family in 7 rooms for a graduation celebration. Staff provided us with complimentary benefits, great courtesy and lovely attitudes. The location is fantastic, architecture stunning and artistic.
First night was wonderful, quiet, comfy, staff great, rooms clean and very sufficient. Second night, very loud, had to call desk at 3:45 am because above and next door guests up ALL NIGHT loud. But we booked for another 6 nights. 😊

Clean room but bed was super hard and not comfortable. Pillows were hard too
Easy walk to museums. Nice new hotel with clean rooms. Neighborhood is really on the upswing.
The room provided very basic motel accommodations. The room was comfortable. The registration process was simple and direct.
Priced right for what you get. Broken toilet seat almost landed me on the floor. Jacuzzi tub didn't work which is why my room was less expensive is what I was told. Long term customers hang out in parking lot all night. Told not to worry because they have cameras. Bed was ok, tv worked, mini fridge worked but had ice build up in freezer.
