I reported the night i stayed to front desk i had no hot water in sink or shower. She daid let.it.run for at least 20 minutes. I didnt do that. When checking out my daughter was with me told the manager i had no hot watwr. He went to my room of course sink water ran warm. He told both my daughter and i would see something on my credit card Five days later he hasnt processed anything. When calling left my phone number etc. Nothing, very unprofessional. He basically is dodging me.

There were cigarettes on the ground outside my door it's a very old building the sheets were clean but the floor itself was dirty but it's what I expected for 100 bucks a night.

I walked side to smoke, and accidentally closed my room door with my keys in the room and my purse in the room the African American older lady at the front desk was verry rude and refused to help me get in my room to get my id so I can show her that I am who I say I am and the person on the room and card that purchased the room. L she told me she was gonna. Calls the cops if I did not leave, she told me the cops wouldn’t help me either bc she’s not letting them in the room either. I had my dogs I. That room and she STILL REFUSED to help me. Worst morning iv had anywhere. Idk what kind of person just wakes up and chooses to be that way towards her customers. But do better ma’am m.

We liked that the place was clean. The only concern I had was that the coffee makers drip spout was caked with gunk. So we didn’t use it. We weren’t expecting perfection, we just asked that the room be clean and the area around the motel clean and it was. And it was quiet with no problems around the area. Nice. I also needed a downstairs room due to having had surgery recently and also having a badly sprained foot We got that and were able to park right in front of our room. That was greatly appreciated!!
