The lobby was clean and welcoming. However, our room had hair in the bed and in the bathroom. Shower was clogged so had to stand in the water when we showered. Hotel fire alarm went off in the morning so everyone had to evacuate. When we weee let back in, there was no offer of extended breakfast or even waters. No refund or even partial refund was given. When I asked I was basically laughed at.

The water in the gift shop was overpriced which is kinda predatory. They buy the cheapest water and sell it for $2 a bottle if you need it. There is no room service. Don't ask for a rollaway bed unless you go to a single bed suite room. I probably wouldn't have cared so much if I didn't pay $252 for the room. I picked a more spendy place because I really thought I was going to get more. I did not.

The property was clean and the room was spacious. A drip coming from the bathroom kept me up, but no real biggie. The rooms and furniture are worn in and could use a refresh. The towel hook was broken in my room as well, so just a few updates could be used. Guest services was excellent, breakfast was great, and you're right by a Target and a Denny's, so you can easily grab essentials or a quick meal without going far. I stayed five nights and enjoyed it. Would definitely book again.
