The most revolting place I have ever stayed in any of the 5 continents I’ve visited. The bed smelled worse than an unserviced bus depot toilet stall. I would describe it as a “urine raft”, which was wet for unexplained reasons. The peephole was torn out, the latch lock broken, black mold came flooding out the tub faucet when I turned it on, part of the ceiling was missing, floor had heavily chemical scented wetness, which battled the urine stench for olfactory dominance, and the door frames looked chewed off (but by who?). Perhaps the most disturbing thing was when I came back to find the sink freshly wet and littered with short hairs. I do not shave, or even have that color of hair. I also saw people openly smoking things off tinfoil in the parking lot. Additionally, the breakfast is STILL gone due to covid restrictions in 2023. Pool looks like it has never been opened, so don’t expect it. Initially, I had adopted the attitude that I got what I paid for, my bad for not reading the reviews, which you should do if only for the entertainment. Also , note that the pictures of happy families and pretty grounds on the website are actually stock images. The fact that someone was USING my room while I was away was what secured its position as worlds most revolting. The grounds have piles of trash and broken glass. On the plus side it wasn’t super loud at night and some of the staff were friendly.
This place should be torn down. A punched hole in our bathroom door. AC held up w duct tape. Stains of old blood on the walls. This "motel" was taken over by homeless we found out durring COVID and it is degusting.
This hotel looks good on the outside as well in the check in/out place. The gentleman at the front desk was nice and informational. BUT the rooms were atrocious! The first room had splatter all over the walls (maybe blood, food, drinks, ect), the bedding was dirty and stained with burn holes in it, the bathroom was covered in mold, and the room was stained with nicotine! nicotine on the walls, lampshades, ect and this was a non-smoking room. we asked for a different room; second room was the same except not as much mold, but still had mold! we are not "high class/clean freaks" at all, but this hotel is not healthy/safe/clean AT ALL!! This hotel needs a massive cleaning! Even if this was $20.00 a night, I'd rather sleep in my car!
The property located near meat processing plant and it is extremely stinky all around. Smelled like dead animals laying nearby. As I’ve been told “It is Tacoma-aroma”. In the room the carpet was dirty, the sheets were dirty, broken curtains,

Bed bugs in the bed , it was noisy cause of the homeless and scammers . They just hang around outside and tell, cuss, and party. Plus I have bites all over my body, and the manager didn't even worry about it nor did I get a refund of any kind. I'm calling the health department when Thanksgiving is over

The property was extremely dated and did not have in room coffee maker as advertised. The location was horrible; there was smell from seaport, major street construction and the room need much repair. Water pressure was horrible with almost no hot water.
nice place would stay here again if I was in the area.

The hotel was extremely dirty. Inside and out. Trash on the grounds, in the stairwells. 1 staff member at the check in desk and she was swamped. The room was scary. The window casing was covered in mold, cigarette ash and water damage. I was scared to touch the air unit, let alone turn it on to blow whatever dirt was living inside it. The couch was torn. The sheet set was something from the late 80's maybe...green velvet trim and matching throw pillows. The sink/mirror area was yucky, watermarks and toothpaste. The floor around the toilet and shower wasn't clean, urine and hair was evident. The shower showed pink and brown/black mold marks. RUN THE OTHER WAY. EVEN IF IT'S THE ONLY PLACE IN TOWN TO STAY. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.
Owner's wife took $100 for deposit, the room was paid in advance. At check time her husband assured me that he removed $100 deposit from my credit card. He lied, they kept $25 from my deposit for no reason whatsoever. STAY AWAY!!!!!
