There were other guests fighting from 3am until 6am. Screaming, yelling profanities at each other outside. There is no security guard . I felt very unsafe. I did not have a good night rest at all. I checked out early 2 days before. I could not stay there one more night.
I didn’t like how the lady up front is extremely rude. I face rude people DAILY. I did not come up for vacation to experience some more rude people. They wanted $400 for a dump. Asked for non smoking room and I got a room that reeked of smoke. The bedding had literal burn holes in there there was dried blood on the pillows, and on the bath towels. Checked out the very next morning and went to best western. Which was galaxies apart
Nothing like it was 6 years ago. The area feels unsafe and uncomfortable with all the transients hanging around. There was a young man using drugs in the ice machine/ laundry room. The beds were very uncomfortable and the noise from other people staying at the hotel lasted until late in the night.
