The male general manager and one of the female front desk clerk were problematic every single time there was an interaction. Definitely not a facility to stay in if a uncomplicated relaxing stay is desired.

The front desk when i was checking in (Alisha) did a wonderful job she was friendly and professional. The issue i had was the people above us were loud all night, they did this from 9 at night all the way untill the next day. I called front desk at 1 in the morning about all the noise things constantly fallingnon the floor, yelling, stomping around, and bumping around all over like a fight was happening also cars driving arpund through the hotel with music loud stopping in front of room and parking with music still loud. They front desk never reached out to let me know if they spoke to the people above or asked me if i wanted to switch rooms to accommodate. I feel as though a noise policy should be placed by management and handled.

Our small dog was violently attacked in the parking lot by a large pit bull that came running out of another room from the hotel And we had to put our dog to sleep after a large vet bill

Me and my wife's day at Motel 6 was mediocre. To say the best, or least the front counter lady was nice.She accommodated to our reservation. Housekeeping comes off as rude their goal is to get the wrong turned over no matter if it's clean to its best or clean to the point where it passes just passes.\nRub your finger anywhere in the room , it will fail miserably to be honest, if you don't bring your own blankets and pillows, you're gonna have some things on you that you're gonna regret, because they don't put very much attention 2\n The quality and sanitary conditions of their blankets and pillows. It doesn't matter how many days it been on. There as long as it doesn't have stains, and even then they hesitate to change it, whatever they can do to cut corners and save cost.
