Our credit card was hit for the price of our stay very early on the morning of our arrival. Upon arriving at noon and asking about the possibility of an early check in we were told that there were rooms ready and available but that there would be a fee of $30 to check in early! The response felt disrespectful and cheap. We refused to pay for an early check in and instead used our time to find an alternative hotel in the area - where they were very happy to show us their facility and tell us about there services including the option to check in early, based on availability, without any additional fee. All future stays wii be at the alternative to this poorly managed, threadbare, nickel and diming place.
soundproofing left a lot to be desired, anyone turning the bathroom light on in any room next door below or above caused a very noisy exhaust fan to come on, and sometimes it was on for a long time. Never heard this quite this badly before, and i am a seasoned traveler to say the very least.

Refrigerator in room did not work. We complained that the room was not cleaned the second day and asked for additional soap and clean towels. Was told to come and get it if we wanted the additional items. Hotel was dated and needed a refresh.

A nice property in a lovely area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Standard breakfast offerings with good coffee. We wish they had outside seating other than at the front door to enjoy the beautiful weather and surroundings.
