Everything was good, the breaks das was too small area for people to walk around. No too much options

The hotel is really amazing, I stayed in a single bed room and to my surprise the kitchen area came with bowls, plates, cup and utensils with made eating a lot easier

Great location for the golf Tournament host... Eagle Pride golf course

We checked in and stayed two nights to attend an event. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. Parking is plentiful and there are restaurants within walking distance. There is a nice indoor pool and spa but we did not have a chance to use. The windows on our side opened onto the back with trees and flowers.

When we checked in we were given a disabled room. When we went to the front desk to ask to change we were informed that this was the room we had requested. We indicated that we did not request such a room and got a bit of an argument and attitude from the front desk clerk. She finally put us into a regular room. The following day we left the hotel before 10:00 am in the morning and returned after 3:00 pm in the afternoon. The room had not been cleaned so we made the request that this be undertaken. More than a half hour later this was finally done. We had to wait in the lobby which was not equipped with comfortable chairs for such a wait. We had another negative experience with the hotel's drink machine which short-changed us $1.00 which was grudgingly repaid by the front desk. We were also taken aback by hotel policy which demands a $100 desposit in case there were any undefined "additional charges." These were never defined!

I traveled alone and this hotel was prefect for me. My room was cleaned everyday, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was sufficient and it was very close to the highway for easy access for day trips. Plenty of restaurants nearby and several within walking distance. I felt safe and very well taken care of. Would definitely recommend!

Were visiting relatives in Steilacoom so the DuPont area was convenient for lodging. Staff was pleasant and the facilities, although somewhat dated were clean and satisfactory.

Though I booked through Orbitz, I paid at the hotel and they charged an extra $100 to my stay because I'm specifically with the military. They even said that at the front desk. They claimed they would refund it, but they didn't. That it was a deposit for incidentals or damage. At no point during my booking or evident at the front desk was there disclosed the extra money. What they thought a 46-yr-old sergeant would damage, I'm not sure. They also refused to give me a receipt. Said that Orbitz had to provide it even though I did not pay through the booking, Orbitz just held it. It was a horrible experience that I just will not repeat again and I stayed with them prior to my last deployment without an issue. I'm not in the area, so clearly arguing with them over the phone to refund my 'refundable' $100 is not easy. They are the rudest from the very beginning. The person checking me in was super sarcastic. Why? It was so unnecessary.

Like the idea check out is noon and got a good deal on the price when you book early.

The hotel was spacious. For what we paid it was worth every penny. Near many shops. We stayed 3 nights. First night/next day we had a do not disturb on our door. We had finally finished packing and we slept until 1 in the afternoon. Second day we had maid services needed on our door for fresh towels and trash removal. thought it was so odd. Second morning breakfast ran out by 745/800, also pretty odd. Wifi was strong and we used their washer and dryer unit. Staff was friendly. Coffee was ready all day in the lobby.

I think they could have done better ...complained to the manager who happen to be new.. the staff were kind enough to make us nice fresh cookies every night

so very convenient to the base and to the restaurants nearby in dupont. my grandson loved the pool and hottub!

the hotel is conveniently located yet in a quiet location, We were disappointed that the spa was being maintenanced and not available. Our bed was too soft and I awoke with a back ache. Breakfast was provided but the staff was not very available and we had to ask for more waffle batter and syrup after 8:30. Breakfast was 6-9am.

My family and I just had an overnight stay. Overall, it was ok. The staff was nice and as accommodating as they could be given their limited resources. Upon arrival, we had to switch rooms because the first one smelled of cigarette smoke. In fact, the entire 3rd floor smelled this way. It's supposed to be a non smoking facility. They seemed short on staff as it took forever to get extra sheets and blankets for the hide-a-bed. I found out this was because the front desk had to wait for sheets to finish washing and drying. The pool/hot tub were closed for maintenance, which was disappointing. The continental breakfast was mediocre at best. They were obviously short on supplies for that as well. This place could be pretty nice if they would just spend some effort into updating a few things.....like DVD players instead of VHS perhaps? Or fixing the electrical system so that when the microwave and tv are on at the same time, it doesn't trip the breaker? I like the location in DuPont, but will look for a different hotel next time I'm there.

Guesthouse Inn was super convenient to Ft. Lewis- just 5 minutes away. Rooms were nice and staff was very friendly. This will be my go-to hotel for all future visits.

This is where I will stay everytime I visit. excellent location and experience.

My favorite place to stay near Joint Base Lewis/McChord. The annual Washington state Special Olympics is held at JBLM in June and I always prefer to stay at Guesthouse Suites in Dupont.

For starters I missed my original flight and was not pleased about having to purchase another ticket. I called the hotel expecting the worst. But, instead was helped by a thoughtful, caring staff assuring me that my room would still be waiting... AND I would not be charged for that night! Upon my arrival I was greeted by a very pleasant and respectful young man who gave me the run down of services they offered. There was a plate of giant chocolate chip cookies on the counter which I found to be a nice 'homey' touch. En route to my room I noticed an enclosure with a hot tub and heated pool... perfect for those cold, rainy nights! My room was unexpectedly large and the beds were - thankfully - very comfortable. The set up suggested longer stays than mine with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron/ironing board and even a safe in the room. No room service but 24 hour convenience store right in front as well as a decent selection of eateries close by. Continental breakfast was served in the mornings.

Nice clean facilities, close to Fort Lewis, easy freeway access, spacious room, very nice continental breakfast included make-your-own waffels
