The room was clean, staff were friendly and professional, however the internet was terrible. It kicked me off every two minutes, which was super annoying because I had to log into my work for meetings. Overall, the property is great and I enjoy staying here.

Pros: friendly staff, pool, good breakfast, coffee and tea available all day, comfortable bed. Cons: this hotel is very poorly built so unless you stay on the 3rd floor, you hear your upstairs neighbors stomping the entire time and kids yelling, screaming and running with pets in their rooms and hallways. NOT quiet or relaxing.

Room was great! Love the family room option with bunk beds, and love that the pool is open 24hrs. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The only area I think needs some improvement would be the breakfast. Other than that, we loved the place and we will definitely be back. 🙂

Front desk person was very cold. Wanted to charge $50 for checking in 40 minutes early - never smiled. Had food delivered to front desk- she never called the room to let us know food was delivered. We called restaurant they said food was delivered about 40 minutes earlier. We had to go to the front desk to get it. Also, only one set of utensils in room. Floor in front of front desk was wet - my daughter slipped twice - no attempt was made to mop the floor. Tried to call front desk three times- no one answered. Breakfast was not very good.

The room was tidy. The staff were very polite and friendly. If I needed anything they were very quick to accommodate. The only thing I would say needed improvement was that the WiFi kept dropping and the window was left open. We were on the 1st floor so it was concerning to think it had been left open the couple days before we realized. Overall, a decent stay!
