Clean and quiet. Great service with food and drinks
The rooms were really small. We had a room with two queens and there wasn’t enough room to lay our suitcases out. Additionally, not many electrical plugs. We both have cpap machines and we needed an extensions cord to plug one of the machines in. We also arrived in the room and there was food on counter from the prior occupant .
The AC/Heater in the room barely kept the room warm.
Very good customer service - everyone was helpful and courteous. Room service was fast and tasty!
This hotel is so close to the airport and after a long journey, we were greeted by friendly staff. The bed is the BEST, great pillows. Only thing I can complain about is when we ordered a pizza, the delivery guy came to the lobby neither he nor the front desk called us, so by the time we called the pizza place our pizza was cold. Not really the hotel problem, more the pizza place. I'd stay here again for sure

It was in a convenient location
Positives: right next to the link train station which was helpful if you don’t have a rental car. Their shuttle is constant and super easy to use and the drivers were super safe. The restaurant was also very nice. Negatives: the room had a smell of cigarettes. The carpet was very old and dirty looking. The phone was fickle so had a really hard time calling for room service or anything. When traveling to Seattle I would probably try a different hotel in the airport area.
I will stay here every time I have a long layover in Singapore.
Very convenient, with great food, clean and excellent customer service. Cons were just that it was not an option (that I could figure out) to keep the fan running continuously for white noise and noise travelled fairly well. The heating and cooling worked great, but adjusted to temperature and so the fan was not continuous - but could be user error.
