Called for shuttle after claiming baggage to find out it was not running so we had to take a taxi. Then when we arrived at hotel, we find there are no working elevators. Fortunately the desk clerk got use a room on the first floor so we only had to carry two 40 pound bags (with a slightly handicapped person) up one flight of stairs. In the morning at breakfast there were two shuttles. One parked and one running.

There control construction and then chaos. It was horrible canceled my next paid visit there because it was a dump. A landfill is cleaner. No profanity is listed here.

Very disappointing😱! The hotel is doing some ‘remodeling’ and there is NO sign of ‘sorry for our mess’. Front desk reps are nothing courteous. Breakfast area very disgusting! The ONLY good thing about this hotel are the housekeeping people (Gena and Mary). Think twice to choose this hotel!

False advertising
I selected this location for the amenities, once checked in with the hotel staff we went to our room to relax. One of the beds the mattress was no good as if it had been used for several years. Later during the evening I asked the clerk where was the indoor pool, hot tub, and gym she couldn’t do anything but laugh. The clerk stated we don’t have any of the things mentioned in the add. The next morning we went down for breakfast and found that was toast and cereal. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

First of all I would like to say we have stayed in a few Laquintas and really enjoyed our stay. This one on the other had was so awful! First thing we noticed the disgusting carpet in the entry way/ receptionist area, only one working elevator and lots of guests standing around waiting for a lift to there room with all their luggage. No water in the pool. Juice machine broken only could have toast/ yogurt/ cereal.. ice machine on the 5th floor didn’t work. When we spend money to stay somewhere all these things should be working and clean! Oh and the place needs to be pressure washed outside!!!! And maybe get a new sign that doesn’t look like someone ran it over! Very disappointed. Will not be back!

Booked here for a weekend with the family. It's nothing like the photos, place is dirty, breakfast nothing great. Its just run down. Carpets stained. Not a good place for families unless your flight got canceled type of stay.
