Old room the carpet had a bad smell. The sheets weren’t clean. They didn’t clean our room due to COVID, so we had to ask for new towels. We stayed a week, really disappointed.Do not recommend this hotel.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. There could have been more attention to detail in the cleaning of our room - bootle cap on the floor (not ours) and hanger hanging from curtain. Even though facility nonsmoking, heavy cigarette smoke both nights on our floor. We were offered a change of room. Good pet policy.

Awful hotel for the price. Refused a refund and was forced to stay with my family in a crack den. Sheets weren’t changed, left over food in the fridge, stairwell smelled like urine. Staff wasn’t awful but the women we spoke too on the phone about amenities we paid for was awful. The smoke detector had a bag wrapped around it and was hanging from the wall which is a huge safety hazard. Found clothing from the last guest in the drawers. Carpet so dirty turned our feet back. Oh and hair in the bathtub when we checked in crumpled used tissues in the tissue box. Motel 6 would’ve been better.

It was close to the airport. The hotel seemed dated and dark.

It was very nice and clean. The parking could not have been any better than what it was.

Close to airport. Everything was satisfactory. Place was near and clean. Breakfast was satisfactory.

We had a late check-in. the man at the front desk was very courteousand made check in very quick we were able get to our room.

The only thing I didn't like was that a number of guests did not clean up after themselves at breakfast. This was not a reflection of the hotel, just lazy guests.

The room is not very clean and has bad smell. The property is outdated.

Ended up getting all congested while staying there. It went away the next day.

There’s a tram running right next to the hotel which didn’t really affect me but I could see if one was a slight sleeper where it might if you have a room ending in 28 or 29. Other than that, the lobby and breakfast area are well kept, spacious and inviting. The staff are aces and the shuttle driver is a super nice fella.

Even though my room was right next to the train, i slept great and did not hear anything. Very nice place to stay.

The hotel is extremely close to the airport. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is old, a bit dirty and appeared to be in need of some cosmetic repairs.

Courteous and friendly staff. Horrible coffee Shuttle, even et 3:30am was on time
