The real issue was no baggage carts. They said they had one but someone didnt bring it back. We had lots of heavy bags and had to lug them a long ways.
Okay
Did not like anything. Personal was rude
Yes is great
I cannot believe that people live there and also rent it out to other people.
Everything was great except for the door key had to keep on going back and forth to the front desk and have a new one made other than that my stay was fine
The only thing disgusting was the bed , I found a lot of pubic hair, the sheets were never changed
Super short stay so didn’t thoroughly evaluate
Had old food / spilled drink items in the mini fridge. Really not clean. Second visit on my return trip there wasn’t any hot water in the shower.
First thing desk clerk could not determine whether rooms were occupied. He actually went room to room opening room doors to determine occupancy. Finally we were assigned room and readied for night even though dust balls around bed and behind night stand which had to be pulled out for electric access. Wife flushed toilet and it overflowed and flooded bathroom. Manager then went through process of opening doors until he found us another unoccupied room. We moved our stuff to new room which was notably cleaner but….. I had gone to be and just as wife was exiting bathroom a stranger opened the entry door, card key in hand!! We had neglected to engage the safety latch, but nevertheless?????? La Quinta you lost our business forever.
The hotel was clean, accommodating to having a pet. Most of the staff was very friendly. However on our return to SeaTac, we waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle despite being told the driver was on his way. Several parties were checking in at the same time causing a backup
Breakfast was inadequate. Cold hard boiled eggs and your choice of starch. No tea. Should have gone to Denny's which is out front. Room, bed and shower were fine. Asked the front desk to replenish paper towels in lobby rest room. Had to use it later that evening and dispensers were still empty.
Location was great to airport and shuttle but bathroom needed attention and drains were VERY slow
Dog piss in the elevator, stains everywhere in the room, shower handles falling off, nobody at the front desk half the time and the ones there are overworked. Just awful. Avoid.
Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Free breakfast included continental style and boiled eggs. Free coffee at all times, etc. There is a train next to the building but it is whisper quiet so no issues there. The rooms/hotel was clean but the carpet is old and stained. Beds were super comfortable. The electric/water went out while we were there and expected to be out for 9 hours during repairs. Staff was quick to get us rebooked elsewhere.
Convenient to airport but the property needs a refresh. Carpet in the room smelled. Breakfast didn't get served the morning we left.
