The new remodeled bathrooms in the rooms are uncomfortable because they are not private and cannot be securely latched shut.

We felt it was a nice room, it was a bit odd that there was no closet, just a curtain where a closet might be, and a strange bathroom sliding door such as you might find in Europe, but other than that, we liked the room, it had coffeemaker, microwave and fridge, and when the fridge didn't get cold enough, they went and got us a replacement, they were very helpful. The breakfast was pretty good too and plenty to eat. We would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and courteous, very willing to help. We where there for five days truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and welcoming.

I chose this hotel as I usually stay in another hotel on the same street I did so for what I thought was a slightly better hotel. That was not the case. I should have saved the money as it was just as rundown. Also the hotel charged my card for the room even tho I had already paid via Orbitz. When I called they told me I was incorrect. It took another 2 calls and Orbitz intervention to remedy. I would not recommend this hotel.

My stay was actually terrible bc without any warning i show up to the hotel to find out it's under construction and the whole place is wrapped in scaffolding, noise and commotion all hours of the day and night, even weekends. Some was the construction-weekend too, and some was the noise of guests at all hours. Walls are thin so i can loudly hear the opening and closing of nearby rooms, sounded all the time like someone was opening my door. It was wrong of the hotel and booking site not to inform of the construction. The nice thing is that the hotel is across the street from a great park w a big lake. No stores and restaurants within close walking distance, but the free shuttle will take you anywhere within a few miles 24-7 and provide airport transportation . The hotel was clean w nice decor and furniture, comfy bed, great breakfast buffet.

Quick stay heading back to Illinois. Great hotel and shuttle excellent!

Beautiful rooms, friendly staff, prompt pick-up at airport!

Very polite and helpful clerks. The room is clean and bedding is very comfortable. The breakfast is average and the shutter service back/from the sea-tac airport and light rail station is very convenient.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean and newer. I also enjoy the free breakfast, better than most free breakfasts. Enjoyed my stay, would stay again if I returned to Seattle.

Staying in Seattle to catch a cruise to Alaska. Nice hotel, right off the highway so it was easy drive. Close to the airport. Breakfast could have been a little more organized.

Close to airport, good breakfast, the breakfast room is small

The staff were pretty helpful in redirecting me but be aware there are 2 hotels in the same area with similar sounding names. I went to the wrong one at first.

Very comfortable and silent in the night. Good breakfast menu and service.

This hotel fit all my needs perfectly. I will stay here again.

We stayed here to be close to the airport, but we were pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful park just across the street on Angle Lake! Great for a morning walk!

I chose this place because it was close the airport. It met my needs for that reason. The bed and pillows were comfortable a key need for me.

Will definitely stay there again. Especially if catching a flight next morning.

This was a great hotel. The people were friendly, the room was quiet and clean. I couldn't ask for anything more especially considering the price. I will make this my new place to stay when staying around Seatac.

clean, friendly, good breakfast, nice fixtures...I did miss a fridge and microwave, but I didn't pay attention to that when I was making the reservation...so that was me...

You would think that a hotel with their stature would have staff that went with their standards. After being so rudely talked to when I inquired as to why there was a charge on my card (one that was NOT explained when I checked in), not only was I on hold for over 10 minutes by a gal who had no clue what I was asking her, when I FINALLY got to talk to another gal she was incredibly rude and told me to "take it up with my bank". Excuse me, but my BANK isn't the one that charged me. The hotel was. That was the first and the last time I will stay at a Hampton Inn! Should've stuck with the Marriot.
