The hotel did not have the room I paid for. I paid for a 2 queen bed and they did not have one. They put us (4 of us) on a 1 bed bedroom that looked like it was been remodel because it did not have part of the carpet. Bad experience

The front desk clerk was so friendly and so personable, it was like talking to your best friend. She explained how to maneuver the way thru SEATAC to the pick up area and was so welcoming on our late night arrival. She was more concerned about our late night arrival than we were, which impressed us. Her personable caring is what's missing in corporate America. If I wasn't so over tired I would have remembered her name but please be sure to let her supervisor know that it's people like her that keep us coming back to Hampton Inn! She should be training all your employees!! Please give her our biggest Mahalo and tell her I got to stand on the bow of the ferry to Whidbey Island, just like on Grey's Anatomy, per our conversation. :)

I could not enjoy any of my TV shows while relaxing at night, the TV was not working properly for the 4 nights i was there and the management was clueless about the problem. The computers I was left to use almost worked but not good enough. No water offered in the rooms. I have been starying at this hotel for many years but since its upgrade two years ago, it has gone down hill. I am now looking at the Holiday Inn Express next visit to Seattle.

Free parking, which a rarity in Seattle these days. Fairly quiet, considering its proximity to the airport. Easy access to Sound Transit light rail.

No hot tub. noisey. and the modern design was goofy. bathroom door had a gap in it. only one chair in room.

Nice hotel and nice staff but no towel service when requested and no closet in room. Overall, nice hotel.

I would prefer glasses instead of paper cups for drinking
