The hotel has a great location and the staff was very friendly!

Hotel was very clean and located in a convenient area. Hotel staff was friendly. Good amenities, including exercise facility, which was very nice. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean.

In all my travels and all my hotel stays this has got to be my best experience ever. Friendly and accommodating beyond expectations.

Rooms are clean and great, but they nickel and dime you for everything: breakfast, faster Internet, bottled water, etc.

Great location for our convention center event . Clean rooms , comfortable lobby

We were very pleased with the location, the room and the staff.

Was disappointed that we didn't have balcony But did have first floor river view .

For a Courtyard, this is a great one--very clean, super-friendly staff only drawback: no breakfast in the morning. Right on the Riverwalk--out the back door and you're there you have all of Spokane at your feet.

This hotel looks nice,.and would be too if it wasn't for the staff that run it. Made me and my feel extremely uncomfortable.

This is a great hotel with a wonderful, helpful staff. They don't have free breakfast but do have a nice little cafe. The room was clean, the service excellent and our stay was very enjoyable.

I had a 48 hour business trip in Spokane where I needed overnight lodging. Wonderful hotel accommodations and staff. Over the top helpful and professional. I forgot about rainy Washington State weather and was in need of an umbrella for my stay. The hotel was very helpful in loaning me an umbrella for my stay. So nice!

Our trip was for a family reunion and to not chance stepping on toes with unfamiliar relatives, we chose to stay in a hotel. This worked great! Our kids got the sleep they needed (no crying babies or night owls keeping us up). This hotel didn't match past experiences at other similar hotels. The food they offered was over prices ($4/bowl of oatmeal). They did have a fridge we could use, so we purchased our own milk, cereal, etc. to keep dining costs down. There was a pancake house in the next parking lot, it was okay. The water bottles in the room cost money... something a family of little boys may not think of when opening and drinking half of a bottle before opening the next one. The movies are VERY expensive $13/movie. Loved the laundry room! Very helpful to wash clothes, especially when traveling with a baby. The mattresses were HEAVENLY to sleep on. They offered a crib, no charge.

The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxing but still exciting with an amazing lobby. The room was very clean and neat. The bed and pillows were fantastic and ultra-comfortable. I will stay at this same hotel next time I'm staying in Spokane.

the hotel was doing construction which we had no knowledge of until we arrive, we order a king size room that was small the couch was old and shot the bed was way too soft, the bathroom was way too small

We were there for a high school graduation. The location was just a few blocks from the convention center. We really enjoyed the indoor spa and pool. I was surprised at the cost of the breakfast buffet, $11.95 per person so we had breakfast at Perkins next door. However we were able to get a carafe of coffee and a bowl full of creamers from the breakfast buffet and they were very nice about that. The nicest part about the hotel was the proximity to the park downtown along the river. Truly a treasure.

Peaceful and quiet. Not as near to the convention center as you would think based on the advertisement. Need to cross a highway or go down the riverbank to reach the convention center.

This hotel has everything for the business traveller; business center w/computer and printer to print out boarding passes, free newspapers, cookies, early breakfast available, excellent location; close to convention center, fine dining, medical centers and shopping, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, rooms were spacious and very clean with comfortable beds. Will stay here again-
