Vending machines are super loud. Hard to sleep without ear plugs next to them. Gaps below the doors make it worse. Voices echo with hard materials in corridors. Check in process with parking isn’t perfect and additional fee feels like too big a cost to add onto room. Will not be staying here again.

Unique design of hotel...bar/restaurant had good food and service. Things were really spread out...good for privacy, not so good for convenience to get to lobby.

Property was clean, front desk staff was polite. The bartender (wish i would have gotten her name) was horribly rude both times we encountered her

Large handicapped room, clean, good restaurant, shuttle with wheelchair lift, close to airport

Great staff. Confusing layout but good directions provided for room. I wish they had complimentary breakfast. Shuttle service was great. Very fast.

No heat in the workout room and no hot water. Hallways were also very cold.

It was close the airport and shopping. The event I attended was in one of the ballrooms.

Nice location to major tourist attractions, but close to the airport and malls.

The room I was assigned felt like it needs renovation.

I normally park and or stay here when I fly. I booked a non refundable room because I knew I would be tired to drive home. It was very obvious that they had to know they would have a very, very, very large group check in but only had two clerks. After standing I. Line for 20 minutes with only two people moving and at least ten to twelve more in front of me I gave up. This is the second time this has happened although I think the first time I was just unlucky enough to get caught when several poet had flown in at the same time and it was bad but not near as bad as this was. There was only me and maybe a couple other people who weren’t part of this group. I think they could have at least had a separate line. I’m disappointed in the quality of service there lately and most likely will not go back. Plus I’m out the 100 I paid for the room when I just wanted to lay down after a long day of flying.

The hotel layout was beautiful but confusing. Signage should be enhanced. I reserved room via orbitz for convenience and was not permitted to use Hilton honors benefits (wifi etc). Arrived at hotel about 130pm. Had to leave luggage in order to return rental car. Room was ready but to check in early they wanted to charge $45 when I wouldn’t even be there and just wanted to unload car. Staff was not helpful or caring about customer service

The open spaces and the room was great too. Enough room for two.
