I didn't get my mountain view on both rooms and only 1 out of elevator working I'd never stay in the double tree again and I thought it was supposed to be a a good place
I expected more from DoubleTree.
Shuttle from airport to a huge line at check in. Went from 4 staff down to one, waited an hour for the key. Then no staff at all, 50 people in line, pausing service for constant priority people, airline people to give them boxed food. Angry people in line. Me, calm and waited an hour but will never return to the Hilton Double tree. Poor staff, single woman from Samoa working was so patient and exhausted looking. I was very appreciative of her. Get some more people checking people in and a separate staff for the damn airline folk and priority folk.
Was given the wrong room number upon checkin so my room key didn't work. Had to walk back to the front desk which is a ways away.
Seen better days, all looked quite old and worn.
Walkable from the airport. Quiet buildings, great pool
Best experience I have had in a long time.
Property smells very old and like the rooms were smoked in for years.
The part I stayed in was old. No refrigerator or microwave. The cost of a bottle coke was $4.95 and a can coke was $3.95. No free breakfast but a $25 breakfast buffet!
The room was not cleaned well. There was a strange smell. The shampoo and conditioner was low and the maid staff was not replacing them.
This hotel is pretty dated. Bathtub in our room was very slow to drain so by the time your shower was done you were standing in several inches of water.
Convenient to light rail if you don’t have a vehicle. Restaurants close by. Clearly an older hotel, but kept clean. Great airport shuttle, busses used to provide plenty of room.
The pool was closed but was not listed as closed on the orbitz website.
