DoubleTree by Hilton Seattle Airport

I thought the property was well maintained, the room pleasant, and the bed very comfortable. The interior courtyard was beautifully landscaped, and as it was Spring, the flowering trees were gorgeous. As for the staff, they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Pei, and Stephanie in particular, who work at the front desk, were so kind and accomodating, Joncee, the concierge, went out of her way to assist me with printing boarding passes, and Dee Ann with some wrap up details I requested. I will definitely recommend this hotel, and would stay there again!

The property is very large and they are milking it for all they can. It’s bare minimum extras. And all the add ons are expensive Food is ok but nothing you would talk about Prices high My room key didn’t work 2 days running and I needed to take a packed lunch to get to where I was staying The elevator didn’t work the house phone at the other end of the world where I was staying didn’t work when my room key didn’t work It’s impossible to get help with your luggage and the carpet is thick so waling your bag takes a lot of energy Check-in could do with a Nextra person the bus from the airport to the hotel is fabulous Generally speaking the hotel looks great and charges as if they are a five star hotel

Awesome staff they were more than helpful. Hotel a tad confusing how it's set up yet it's still a wonderful place

Friendly service, comfortable beds I didn’t want to get out of it. They gave me a warm chocolate chip cookie so that was great. The pool area was nice. No complaints at all. Shuttles to and from the airport was awesome.

About what you would expect from an airport hotel. But did have a nice bar open late.

Well, firstly, I was seriously disappointed to realize my room didn’t have a microwave or a refrigerator, and ate my dinner cold. Second, the bed was very hard and the pillows were feather but felt like rocks. 🙁 I am gluten free and have other diet restrictions so the restaurants in the hotel were out of the question because they didn’t have a menu with ingredients (and every was SO expensive, $3 for a bottle of water!) Next time I will stay somewhere a little less fancy and a lot more comfortable. Oh and even though the hotel was supposed to be smoke free, someone in my wing was definitely smoking, the smell was very strong in the hall.

Very friendly. It was late and we were a little hungry. The host gave us warm cookies.

Put us far away from front desk area he could after I asked to for a room close too the frt desk

Great hotel for a very last minute, one night only stay..... before a next day flight. Everything you need is on-site.....restaurant, coffee bar with sandwiches etc, and small gift shop. The front desk and gift shop staff were wonderful! Be aware there is a $31 parking fee, and not all the hotels by the airport charge to park, if that influences your hotel choice. Other than the parking fee, the only negative I could comment on is this is a VERY large property. For some older guests, it could be a very long walk to a room. But I would definitely stay here again.

its not the same when you book online and when you come in. they will serve a different room which is not the one you where booked. baddest ever

Close to the airport which was great! Pretty outdated rooms and overall condition in the third tower. We were only there for one night in between connections, so it wasn't a big deal, but I don't think I would stay again.

The advert only shows the tower when in reality a lot of the hotel is behind the tower in two story units. To my surprise my booking was not in the tower so I had to pay an additional fee to get a room there.
