This property is well located and has a really good breakfast. Furthermore, Molly, the front office manager, went above and beyond when we accidentally left items behind while changing rooms. We appreciate her help and efforts. (We were in a room in front of the ice machine. When we told staff the noise had kept us awake, they immediately offered us a different room.) We’d definitely stay there again.

Location is good close to DUMBO and Manhattan Bridge; however, our room was poor. The ice machine was immediately outside our door - it was very noisy and disturbed our sleep throughout the night. The air conditioning unit was antiquated and meant that the room was either hot or filled with an arctic blast of air. Finally, the Hotel’s hot water system failed, so we didn’t have any hot water during our stay. The only positive was the staff who were trying to manage the situation with limited resources. One was also super helpful when my daughter developed a migraine.

We had some issues but they were promptly addressed. I find this hotel to be very convenient in terms of location. The breakfast is included but you must get there early as it closes at 10 AM even on weekends.

We were in New York City that particular weekend for a funeral…. The hotel was very clean and in a great area close to restaurants and walking distance..The only ISSUES I HAD WITH STAYING HERE WAS THEY HAVE NO PARKING( you have to pay45.00 dollars-to park in the parking garage, if you leave to go out you have to pay another 45.00dollars) THEY HAVE NO MICROWAVE IN THE ROOMS. THEY ASK FOR A 200.00DOLLARS DEPOSIT! (WHICH YOU GET BACK) It seems with everything that has gone up in price everyone wants a piece of the pie!!! BUT OVERALL STAY AT THIS HOTEL WAS GREAT!!!

As soon as we walked in our room we noticed it was very clean and cool which was wonderful! . We lowered the temperature a bit and when we turn it up, there is a little. It of musty smell. It sure if vents need to be cleaned out. Otherwise nice hotel. It is our second time here ad the location fits our needs
