I really enjoyed this hotel. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. I have not one complaint. They provided me with a microwave that I requested. Staff super helpful and nice. Amenities are excellent. I will definitely book here again

the most uncomfortable bed. old saggy mattress needs to be replaced. other than that good place to stay.

Location and price, i also stayed there previously and the proximity to Manhattan is perfect. Staff was impeccable, friendly and courteous.

The staff was friendly. I stayed in a balcony room. The view was nice with some NYC city skyline.

I didn't like the fact that your bathroom air vents were not there. I had to use the bathroom below the lobby area. In fact a lot of people where waiting to use it. This is not good to have to leave my room because there is no air vent to clear any odors
