The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, courteous, professional, enthusiastic, and genuinely kind. We spoke to a maintenance engineer, a housekeeper, and front desk team AM/PM) shifts and they all shared a pet friendly story. Our dog is treated like a celebrity and we appreciate a hotel that considers pet parents. We will see you next fall…

Excellent experience. Check-in was quick, professional, and pleasant. The suite was wonderful. It was absolutely spotless and spacious, setting the perfect tone for an elegant escape. The view of downtown Brooklyn was refreshing in the height of winter. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting New York City, perfect location with a lot of good sights within walking distance.
