The apartment is located in a brand-new luxury building. It is a bright and large alcove studio. It features new appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, floor to ceiling windows, and a great view of Manhattan. The building has a 24-hour doorman, gym, terrace, rooftop and pool.
The building was built in 2022 so it is very new and extremely clean. It is a luxury building with a 24-hour doorman, a gym, a rooftop deck, and a garden terrace and lounge for remote working. The rooftop deck and terrace both have grills for cooking and have a gorgeous view of NYC. The gym is large with all the exercise equipment needed for working out. The doorman and entire staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
Prospect Heights features tons of great restaurants, cafes, bars, and shopping. There are 11 trains within a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment that take you all over NYC and into lower Manhattan within 15 minutes. Park Slope is a 5-minute walk, Fort Greene is 10-minute walk and Prospect Park is a 15-minute walk.
