Everything was adequate. However, breakfast options at the hotel were very limited. There was a Fred Meyer store nearby and an Elmer's restaurant with was just okay. Also, there is an adult store right next door which makes me uncomfortable and not likely to stay there again. We were approached by a beggar in the parking lot. The outdoor pool was very small and located in the parking lot walked off from a very busy intersection which also made for a noisy room. Not a big fan.

Shower drain needs cleaning out; one of the receptacles by the bed had A LOT of play and my CPAP would not stay plugged in. There was a big chance of arcing and possibly a fire. They provided a shuttle to and from the airport, but it took the evening staff 10 to 15 minutes to answer the phone. This was not a one time occurrence.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff answered my questions. I appreciated that this hotel has two computers for guests to use in the lobby. There were a variety of breakfast options. It would have been better if there was a waffle maker/station as well. Overall, I appreciated my stay.

Yes, the airport shuttle was great. Driver was "10!" Nerves of steel in the heavy traffic. He was friendly, comical, and kind. Very patient with the elderly! (Me!) My room was 117 on main floor. Clean, quiet and comfy bed. Good tv and strong internet. Irene and Robert on front desk, very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was better than some hotels. There was something for everyone. It was tidy and spacious. Front desk arranged third party shuttle to cruise ship for me so no need to return to airport for a shuttle. Less costly than shuttle from airport to cruie ship. I had a good supper in the casino.attached to the hotel. It was a Sunday and they had an all day happy hour menu which was excellent as was the service. I'd stay here again. Location is good and neighbourhood wasn't "sketchy" or neglected.
