Unsatisfactory Check-In Experience My check-in experience was disappointing and fell short of expectations. I arrived at approximately 9:00 PM, but the hotel’s system indicated that all rooms were still marked as dirty. As a result, I was delayed by approximately 40 minutes and did not reach my room until around 9:40 PM. The staff member attempted to contact the manager for assistance but was unable to receive a response. Unfortunately, no clear explanation or timely resolution was provided. This situation reflects concerns regarding the hotel’s room readiness, communication, and management procedures. Additionally, I was informed that another family had canceled their stay, which further contributed to my concerns about the overall guest experience. Given these circumstances, I believe the hotel’s room rates should more accurately reflect the level of service provided. A more efficient check-in process, better communication, and responsive management are essential to providing guests with a satisfactory experience.

Reserved a king. Upon arrival requested a double queen, as expedia showed it was available. The lady said they didn't have a double queen. In fact, they didn't even have the king available. Said they could cancel my reservation when I protested but my daughter and I had nowhere to go. We checked out a day early and spoke with a nice gentleman who promised we would not be charged for the second night, since they did not have the room we needed. To this day, no refund has been issued,

I had roaches in my room. It looked like someone had a food fight in the room that was not cleaned. I booked this for a week, and all of this made my stay unpleasant and uncomfortable. I spoke with the manager and they did a roach bomb in my room I’m which had to vacate the room for hours. I was never offered to move to another room if anything of that nature. I checked in with the desk multiple times about resolving the issues in my room, but I never got an email back from the manager.

No major complaints. Staff were great, room was a decent size. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much and needed more of a blanket. Lots of different smells: outside from the guests, in the hallway, elevator, in the room. I've never stayed at a Woodsprings before and probably won't again. The environment felt more like an extended stay for folks than a one night stay for in and out guests.
