They totally misrepresented their hotel. My room was unsafe could lock my room door. They shower was nasty hadn't been clean. And their continental breakfast was a joke. I recommend if youre looking for a hotel to stay don't choose Ramada Tukwila! Never again
Didn't have truck parking as advertised. Desk person was very rude during the whole encounter.
The main door to the rooms cracked open, the floors were dirty, the Blankets had cigarette burnt holes, mirrors, bathtub, sinks, and toilets were dirty, curtains did not open, and rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. Breakfast was not what I expected.
staff somewhat polite. Booked three rooms. All three rooms had issues. Room one air conditioning falling apart. Room two curtains falling off TV. Did not work. Had to unplug from the wall ants in room. Room three where do I start? TV did not turn on at all. Sheets, dirty. cockroach in the shower. Cockroach on main wall.

I like cheap hotels but this place is the worst I have stayed in. Was there a week and ran out of everything in the room.

Carmelo at the front desk was great! Excellent customer service, friendly, accomodating and extremely helpful! The day we checked out, he was working front desk again and let me just add he kept the breakfast area clean and comepletely stocked. Fresh coffee, clean waffle station and stocked bagels and english muffins. Clean big confortable room (202) corner suite with jet bath tub. He did mention that the whole building would be remodeled by next spring.
