Carmelo at the front desk was great! Excellent customer service, friendly, accomodating and extremely helpful! The day we checked out, he was working front desk again and let me just add he kept the breakfast area clean and comepletely stocked. Fresh coffee, clean waffle station and stocked bagels and english muffins. Clean big confortable room (202) corner suite with jet bath tub. He did mention that the whole building would be remodeled by next spring.

Facility had an outrageous hourly fee to hold our bags and charged an outrageous early check in fee. They also turned off the A/C at night & the room was too hot.
1st i wanted single queen bed. Room was double full bed. Free no up charge. TV did not work. Needed another cable that they added to the TV. Again no up charge .but the Belgian waffles where great.
Close the SEATAC airport but the shuttle service they advertise was not available. Door to our room had obviously been kicked in, no restroom in lobby, generally old worn out property. Would Never stay again.
Super friendly staff ! Free breakfast is a very nice perk and the front parking spots are right next door to the lobby ! Super convenient !
Bed Bugs-I must have over 100 bites. The first room we were given did not have a working tv, so we were given a different room. After sleeping - the next AM I have welts all over my upper body. I'm supposed to work today but fear I can't concentrate. I must see a doctor.
Somehow I had an iterneray but no hotel reservations
Breakfast medium to poor. No ice on second floor. Carpet in halls need to be replaced. Most doors and frames need work. Rooms and beds are comforable. TV is nice size, frig and mirco-ray are nice.

Although booking through Orbitz indicated cancellations are per hotel cancellation policy the GM tried to tell me that the Orbitz booking is completely no refundable. Gave appropriate 24 hour notice of early checkout but GM refused to authorize my refund. He is the only staff member authorized to process a refund so I had to leave a message for him to call me to approve my request. He NEVER returned my calls or messages left.
The hotel was okay. There was a pretty bad smell when you entered the room but other than that, for the price, it was okay. Free parking, free breakfast and cable was all good amenities. We got in a 1:15am from our flight in and we still got charged for a whole day so that was unpleasant.
When we arrived late in the evening, hotel staff first told us they did not have our reservation, then tried to get us to pay double the quoted rate. After more than one hour of discussion, they then told us they were sold out even though we showed paper confirmation of reservation. This was the worst customer service we have ever eperienced.
