Everything has been remodeled in the rooms, and is really nice, but the elevators need some extra cleaning and the breakfast buffet is a bit disorganized. But besides that the hotel was great and a great location, front desk staff was amazing
Nothing unique, just standard fare, but a decent breakfast for $10.
They did construction work next to my room starting at 8am.
Recently renovated, nice comfy beds, nice staff! would book this hotel again. Close to a walking trail

The landscaping is overgrown causing flooding by the walkways. The hot water tanks in rm #312 are too small for quick recovery after a bath for three people. Garbage was on site more than expected, sorry we had baby diapers. The location is excellent. A renovation by Marriott could really improve the customer creature comforts expected with modern housing standards. We expected a bit more attention to detail as with other Marriott hotels. I think its just old and everyone knows it. New Holiday Express next block!
