The place is old and outdated, staff at front desk were not informative - has to return to desk to get Wifi pw, only decaf coffee in the room, returned to front desk to get reg coffee and they had NONE! Continental breakfast was brutal. Will NOT stay again. Pictures on Expedia ad are not at all what the reality of the room was.

Don't mind the hotel was dated but it was not acceptable. Pull out sofa bed. mattress was way beyond its use. Covered with plastic to mask stain and odor. Inside sofa was filthy with bottle caps and other nasty stuff. Window covering, you can see spots of light cockroach

This was a nice stay. Many say this place was outdated. The appliances and tv were not. As for the decor and room set up, it may be outdated but in my opinion it felt pretty homey or a rustic feel. I was there the weekend before Christmas and I do have to say the Christmas tree was sad. It was screaming for water. From the drivers from the airport to the front desk, everyone was kind. I was told I had to wait a half hour for transportation but they came earlier than expected. Makes sure to call or message a head of time if you need transportation. It is helpful to them to plan. The evening driver was sweet and was very welcoming. We talked throughout the drive. And if they read this, I hope you make it on an airplane to travel the world. Also, the drivers deserve a better vehicle to drive. The evening front desk was helpful and great too. Warned me the keys to the room are very finicky when placed next the electronics, I apparently don’t listen well. The front fixed it with no hassle. All in all it may been a quick stay but will likely use them again in the future. Thanks!
