This inviting 5-bedroom, 3-bath tri-level home offers the ideal blend of comfort, space, and location, with quick access to Seattle, Eastside tech hubs, and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA).
• Bright & airy living spaces, great for shared meals, game nights, or remote work.
• A spacious downstairs family room doubles as a fifth bedroom or entertainment lounge.
• Relax or entertain in the large, fully fenced backyard with a covered deck and patio surrounded by mature tree

This house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus one bonus room downstairs which can function as the 5th bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a dedicated bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms are on the same floor level as the master bedroom, with a queen size bed, a full size bed and a bunk bed, respectively. These 3 bedrooms share a bathroom room on the same level. The downstairs bonus room is really spacious and has a King size bed and a sofa bed which can be converted to a queen size bed. There is one bathroom downstairs with a large tub for relaxation. The house has a 75 inch TV in the living room, and a 65 inch TV in the downstairs bonus room. You can enjoy the best of your vacation/business trip, while still catch up on the latest sports games and TV shows!
