Cancelled reservation at the last minute. Had to find other accommodations which was frustrating after a long trip.
This was a last minute book due to the pass … the lady at the desk was amazing!! The room was clean and bed were comfy!
It worked for what we needed. Overall just didn’t enjoy our stay. Lots of minor things. For the price we expected better

We love the hotel and of course during Covid there was no food available in the mornings for breakfast other than that the only complaint we had is that the parking fees were outrageous
I had to change rooms multiple times because of one or two issues. Issues such as stained toilet bowls, clogged sinks, hard water lines on bathtubs, stained fridge, body odor on bed sheets. However, the staffs were willing to move me into another room but I gave up reporting issues because the hotel is not perfect and definitely didn't have an exceptional visit.
It was a comfortable bed and clean room. Staff was accommodating.
I really enjoyed my stay here. Everyone was really nice. The room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was great! Breakfast was amazing and the people working were helpful and attentive.
More than 45 minutes for check in. The air condition machine was leaking water, the carpet in this area was damaged by the water leak. I pay a room wit breakfast. But in from dest said that need to may an extra charge for that.
Great customer service and friendly staff. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool.
