I have never paid for parking at a hotel I've stayed in. Why not just hike the price a little bit to accommodate the parking fee. Other than that, I had no other issue.

Parking wasn't free. $16 a night for Parking in the garage. Parking space is very tight and has blind corners. Stayed by a room with kids crying all night. It was bothersome to fall asleep. House keeping was awesome though.

Some areas of the hotel were dirty, including the dining area and the floors in and around the elevators. Additionally, the rooms are not well insulated and could hear every single conversation and inappropriate behaviors from other guests, which impedes sleep. This hotel also needs to upgrade their laundry facilities - having only one washer and dryer that is operated by quarters is antiquated.
