Place was clean. Staff nice. Room clean, except for dirty coffee cup. Place was extremely noisy. When a person in another room ran water it sounded like they were in the same room. Street noise was also loud. Was annoyed had to pay for parking

Great Location. Very Friendly Staff. For those renting a car, you can park in the front of the building, just tell the staff and they'll move the cones out of the way. The rooms are nice.

The Waterleaf Restaurant made a good impression. The Valet service was good too. Checking in was a challenge.

Usually stay here for work travel. Have had great rooms in the past. Was disappointed that my room this time was at parking level. Being a female and traveling alone required i have the window blinds closed the entire time. I was also disappointed to learn that not all rooms have a tub. My room only had a standing shower option. And lastly, I wish the restaurant meal options were more varied. I ended up walking to the Southcenter Mall for dinner most nights.

Only thing I didn't like was that they charged 17 per day for parking. They even charged me for days I didn't park on the property. Told the front desk clerk i only parked on the property one day and he told me i stayed for 4 days which was true but I didn't park there but one night.

The beds were very comfortable. The only thing that could use improvement is the Valet Service or lack there of. I know if costs the same as self park, but when I called down for my car, the front desk said they would notify Valet and have them get my car. When I got to the front and checked out, valet just handed me my keys. My truck was not brought to the front but was still in the same spot they parked that night. I had to start it and let it warm up before leaving which defeated the purpose of calling ahead for my truck. I normally tip for valet service, but there was none. Just a key holding service.

It’s a new hotel. So, it’s very clean for sure, but the best word to summarize my stay here is “disappointing.” The staff are not unfriendly but not trained at all. Nobody offered me help with my luggage. They didn’t even ask how my stay was at the checkout. They charge you $15 for parking. There’s a lot of land this part of the city. In fact, there’s a strip mall right across the street with a big free parking lot. The worse part is their breakfast buffet. The receptionist said “its only $10 and all you can eat.” It turned out, they only had bread, cereal, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs! I would not stay here again!

I didn’t like the hidden costs Like the cost to park in the lot and I had to park outside the gate. And I I wanted to get into a room a little early was for 50$ extra.

Parking isnt very good or convenient.No hot tub and the pool was really dirty. We did really enjoy our room that had a nice view of Mt. Rainier. The location was perfect and the staff were friendly. Once they found out we were celebrating our anniversary, the kitchen surprised us by sending up some really yummy chocolates.

New hotel with a clean modern look. Love the option of "going green" and having a door sign that let's housekeeping that no service is needed. The breakfast is fantastic with an upgraded version of the typical continental. The front desk staff was very professional and courteous. Only reason I could not give it 5 stars is that the pillows were not very comfortable. They were too round and my neck was at an angle the entire night. Even removing them from the pillow case did not alleviate the problem. For someone that travels for half the year a great shower and bed/pillows has a huge impact on the stay. Aside from this inconvenience the stay was fantastic.

The shuttle was very clean. The hotel itself feels new with a really friendly staff. I only stayed one night so didn't try the restaurant or other amenities. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Nice hotel but over priced. Misrepresented a view room on a higher floor for more money then put me on the 3rd floor with a view of noisy street

Only thing I didn't like was that they charged 17 per day for parking. They even charged me for days I didn't park on the property. Told the front desk clerk i only parked on the property one day and he told me i stayed for 4 days which was true but I didn't park there but one night.

The beds were very comfortable. The only thing that could use improvement is the Valet Service or lack there of. When I got to the front and checked out, valet just handed me my keys. My truck was not brought to the front but was still in the same spot they parked that night. I had to start it and let it warm up before leaving which defeated the purpose of calling ahead for my truck. I normally tip for valet service, but there was none. Just a key holding service.
