Very nice hotel and staff.

Although the property was in a very busy city area, there wasn't alot of traffic noise. It was conveniently located for our visit. The hotel is older (40 years) and hasn't been very well maintained; plugs didn't hold our electrical cords; the bathroom sink didn't drain well, etc. The lobby seemed understaffed and there was very little communication about the onsite restaurant, i.e. which meals were available and when. We missed breakfast the 1st day and they didn't serve lunch. When we went to breakfast the 2nd day, we were told that everything was to-go and we would have to order with the front desk, then pick up the food when it was ready.

The service and staff are incredible. I was placed initially in a room that was not clean and was immediately placed in a better room upon bringing it to the staff’s attention. The area is generally not in an unsafe area but it’s not somewhere I’d walk alone. It was in a convenient spot walking distance to many attractions. Would stay again for the right price, it could be better but it could be worse!

The room and property was a good value. The proximity to things to do in public transportation we this agree of location to stay at.

The hotel room wasn't clean. So we had to clean tables. The headboard was so dirty. So we cleaned that too.

The front desk acted like it was a really big inconvenience to check me in early. Told me to come back in 4 hours and then let the customer right behind me check in early and I had free early check in.

Great view from the room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, warm pool, convenient downtown location. The only not complaints I have are the parking situation is not convenient because their are no doors that go directly from the garage level you parked on to your hotel floor. The only entry from the garage is on the 1st floor. And the only elevators are inside the hotel, not the garage. Not a big deal, except that they still charge you $34 to park in their garage even though your a guest. The other thing was the button for the jets in the hot tub wasn’t working at all, when the water was still, you could see that it may have been a while since they cleaned it. You could literally see all do the hairs and bacteria floating in the hot tub. The pool room was out of towels. So we had to go up soaking wet to ask for some.

good centered location to walk to, such as the space needle, or down to pike. The room spacious, bathroom not so much has the old school tube. Balcony was accessible but not one of those big ones where you can have a chair out, just your self standing.

WHAT AN AMAZING HONEYMOON EXPERIENCE AND STAY EVERYTHING WE REQUEST WE GOT WE WHERE ON THE TOP FLOOR 😀 19.. WE WILL BE BACK

There was so much confusion checking in, one lady it was her first day and I understand her not knowing what to do but we were told our room was not ready, so we checked our bags with concierge and as we were walking out the front door, another associate told us we could check in and that the other employee was misinformed. The hair dryer was broken in the room. Our last morning before check out we ran to grab coffee and came back realizing we forgot our key, so we ask for another one so we can grab our bags and come down to check out. This was round 11:20am, 40 mins before check our) and this employee had a rude attitude about getting us another key and said “looks like you should be checking out now” and I mentioned we had 40 mins or so. And her response was “I know, it says here on my computer” she was dismissive and acted like we were inconveniencing her.

Loved how the parking was added to your room charge and the parking was at the hotel ,not down the street and hard to find.,just no elevator to get to your car.,didnt need a microwave but was worried got a refrigerator.,no vending machines if hungry past the hours either. The room was great.

I loved our view and the actual room. The people above us were rather loud. The parking is a bit of a pain, but that’s expected in a downtown property.

The bartender was awesome! Room maintenance was non existent. We had to take our garbage out, we asked for room cleanup and it did not happen, we had to ask for towels. We were there for one week and no one came to the room even when we asked. I will never stay there again or recommend this property.

Great 1-night stay here. Enjoyed the breakfast options and the pool. Staff were mostly great aside from the worker at the pool. I'd look forward to another stay here.

We had book an executive room with 2 queen beds and paid for and extra guest 3 months in advanced and they did not deliver. We got 1 queen bed and a very uncomfortable sofa bed, and had to to ask them for some sort of discount for the mistake made by the hotel . We stayed cause we had no other choice.

Great place to stay
