There was so much confusion checking in, one lady it was her first day and I understand her not knowing what to do but we were told our room was not ready, so we checked our bags with concierge and as we were walking out the front door, another associate told us we could check in and that the other employee was misinformed. The hair dryer was broken in the room. Our last morning before check out we ran to grab coffee and came back realizing we forgot our key, so we ask for another one so we can grab our bags and come down to check out. This was round 11:20am, 40 mins before check our) and this employee had a rude attitude about getting us another key and said “looks like you should be checking out now” and I mentioned we had 40 mins or so. And her response was “I know, it says here on my computer” she was dismissive and acted like we were inconveniencing her.

Loved how the parking was added to your room charge and the parking was at the hotel ,not down the street and hard to find.,just no elevator to get to your car.,didnt need a microwave but was worried got a refrigerator.,no vending machines if hungry past the hours either. The room was great.

I loved our view and the actual room. The people above us were rather loud. The parking is a bit of a pain, but that’s expected in a downtown property.

The bartender was awesome! Room maintenance was non existent. We had to take our garbage out, we asked for room cleanup and it did not happen, we had to ask for towels. We were there for one week and no one came to the room even when we asked. I will never stay there again or recommend this property.

Great 1-night stay here. Enjoyed the breakfast options and the pool. Staff were mostly great aside from the worker at the pool. I'd look forward to another stay here.

Parking is not apart of the price

They need updated remodeling throughout the property.

Trying their to get services up and running with few staff - liked the breakfast delivery.

It's a nice hotel

Staff seemed overwhelm and had a terrible attitude, some were rude.

Perfect Location!!! A few updates would help in the near future.. bathrooms.

Beautiful hotel with nice views. Parking lot doesn't have Elevators so you may Have to occasionally walk 5-7 flights to vehicle.

The service was great, but the amenities were not great and it was a little disappointing.

I really liked the balcony views of the space needle.

Hotel was a great location for being able to access downtown without driving.

Location was great as everything we wanted to do (pikes place, space needle, water front, food/bar) was within a few minutes walking distance. Hotel was okay, clean for the most part but the bigger disappointments were no microwave and no minifridge. Kind of frustrating when you're staying for more than one night and don't want to eat out every single meal. Shower also took easily 20 minutes to get even remotely warm and when it finally did it would waver between cold and kinda hot. The pro's for our room was the view though, we had a direct view of the space needle and the bed was comfy and having a couch was nice. The balcony wasn't so much a balcony as it was like a step outside, still nice to be able to open the doors though. In all, I would stay here again but only as more of a last resort.
