Walking distance to light rail station for airport. Walking distance to downtown work. Nice hotel.

Clean, comfortable hotel near the Needle and Pike Market. I stayed here for a conference around the corner at another larger and more expensive hotel. When I get back to Seattle, this will be the place that I stay at again.

The Warwick is my favorite hotel in Seattle Washington. I will always stay here while attending the PAC-12 Tournament. The front desk staff is so courteous and amazing.

Hotel was very comfortable, amazing view, nice staff and very clean. I will definitely being staying here again.

I had a great stay while at Warwick hotel, the room was nice, beds were comfortable, and the pool and gym were great. The restaurant at the hotel was delicious.

Found previous customer pills or left behind items in my room. They offer some discounts on food next door to their place. Easy check-in and checkouts.

Stayed one night. Clean room and comfy beds but a bit over priced

Hotel was very convenient to all tourist sights, such as Pike Market and the Space Needle. Walking distance to major department stores and car rental agencies.

They took care of us from the start. We had an amazing room over-seeing the bay and everything about the room was perfect. Our staff worked well with our schedules and had everything perfect for us when requested.

Nice facilities, good location at reasonable price

Everything was good until a party spilled into the hallway outside our door at 1am. The staff got repeated complaints by us and other rooms. There was no action by the staff. At 3:30am I personally read the riot act to the hall party which had the desired effect.

The staff was very courteous and personable. The room was clean and comfortable.

The Warwick was super central to everything! It was a 10-15 minute walk to Pike place market and we had a great view of the Space Needle (18th floor)! We even got our room upgraded by the staff, which was super nice. Hotel staff was nice and the hotel was overall good. The elevators were really slow because they were renovating. Unfortunately our room smelled like cigarettes even though it was not smoking. The hotel restaurant was really great as well and super great service! I would stay there again after the renovations are done and make sure the room doesn't smell bad!

Located near points of interest within walking distances. Easy access to link (train) stations.

This was a nice hotel. It is in the middle of downtown so very easy to walk around. Also great views we were on the 17th floor, but very slow elevators.

Always a great place to stay, very friendly staff!

The hotel is located in a great location. It is close enough to all the sights in Seattle, but also far enough from Pike's Place Market. So if you wanted a more quiet scene, this hotel is a great location for that. If walking is not your thing, there are tons of Ubers and taxi cabs available to drive you around. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and nice. Basic amenities. Only wished that we were notified ahead of time that the pool and fitness center was being renovated.

The hotel is much better than expected. The location was great. It's a bummer not able to use pool and gym coz of renovation. The parking was expensive too. But it's location is really great. Walking distance to a lot of places. We had a great Thanksgiving there. 2015 new beginning.

The best thing about this hotel is it's location. It is a quick walk to Pike's Place Market, the waterfront, and the Space Needle. The room was clean with a good view of the Space Needle (it was obstructed by a crane but every view in downtown Seattle has a crane in it). There were a few things that made this trip less than enjoyable though. We had picked this hotel over other ones because the website said it has a pool and hot tub. When we got there we found out that it was under construction. They said they had posted it on their website but we had not seen anything about it and we had checked several times before we left for our trip. Not having using of a pool would've been a bummer, but the real problem was the construction noise. I would not have booked at a hotel that was planning on construction for my stay I have health issues and sometimes need a quiet room to rest in. The work was so loud that even with the TV turned all the way up it was impossible to drown it out, even with ear plugs in. I'm not sure what they were doing but there was a loud, vibrating, clanking sound constantly for 8+ hours on Saturday. Another thing we were unimpressed with was charging $35 a night for parking in the garage. It is technically attached to the hotel but there is no elevator access and you have to park above the 3rd floor (because of valet) so getting to your vehicle isn't quick or convenient, especially when handling luggage. They did end up saying they were comping our parking but only because their system wouldn't let the man at the desk charge us the parking fee and we had to leave to get to the airport. But now my credit card's pending charges keep changing so I'm going to have to sort that out with them. All in all it was an ok stay but I'm not sure that I'd stay again.

The hotel was pretty great but it sucks to pay 35 dollars a night for parking
