Could be good location, but really nothing to offer. I booked a waterfront room. It was on the 3rd floor, no view, windows dirty and full of bird droppings, many rooms available on higher floor, expensive room for no reason. I assume they don't like Orbitz. I should have stayed at Hilton instead where we stayed earlier in the week for half the price, no extra parking fee and clean windows They charged $25 for parking in addition to the expensive room

The location was great, but the Windows don't open, and over look a dirty cement ledge. There is also not enough room coffee and no lobby coffee provided. I expected better avid was disappointed.

Cleaning service was only available to change sheets upon request every 3 days. Not ideal.

Clean and nice area. The staff was not super friendly.

I was under the impression there was a hot tub which is why I booked this hotel but when we checked in we were told that there wasn’t one it was a little disappointing.

Hotel was under construction and had to switch rooms because of smoke smell, the new room was close to elevator so was disturbed by beeping noise all night.

The hotel was under construction, which I understand. What I did not understand was the price was still at a very high level and there was very little accommodation to the customers for this issue. I cannot believe you would charge me $400 a night with a “Lake view” of the construction site.

Absolutely wonderful, our first trip to Seattle and the Courtyard made it a very pleasant stay indeed. Loved the in house restaurant with lots of yummy items and great coffees.

Nice location, centrally located and well within walking distance. You can watch seaplanes land and take off in the water. Will stay here again!

The best part of this hotel is the location which is close to downtown Seattle and easy to access the freeway to travel to East side of Lake Washington. The property and amenities are older and there are going to update the facilities this year 2018. The price is reasonable on Orbit and my girlfriend was impress with the accommodation for the weekend!!!! I look forward to see what the remodeling of this property!

Nice hotel, decent views. good location for accessing downtown.

We checked in late but our reservation was supposed to be guranteed through orbitz travel. We got there a day late because of delayed flights and they gave away our reservation and had difficulty checking in.

Definitely would stay there again. Only negative was that no one helped with luggage.

Booked this at the last minute and found a great facility.

One improvement is to have better food options for mid day comers who have been traveling all day and are in need of rest and food, not told to walk down the street for food.

I've been staying here for multiple years. This was a great trip. Thank you and the staff for being so amazing and accommodating.

Market and parking is severely overpriced! Besides that, nice hotel.

Great staff and convenient location. Very comfortable beds.

A short stay, but we had a good stay. The room itself seemed a little dated, but it was very clean and comfortable. We also had a nice view of Lake Union. The service was friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend to others. Thanks!
