Perfect place to stay!

At the end of a long travel day arrived to discover two tiny pillows per person. Normally easily resolvable but the hotel's landline phone system is out of commission. Returned the next evening to discover room had not been made up and trash not removed. Front desk said, "just put the trash outside the door". Note: The chain no longer provides overstay service unless you ask for it, trouble is breaking this decades long tradition was delivered without any warning or placards. For this week long trip I had better service at two-star motels.

Rooms and staff were nice

Fine

I liked the location and the cleanliness. I enjoyed late checkout, a nice view and good internet connection. I do wish that a couple of bottles of water could be placed in the rooms, as well as a larger bath towel.

Conveniently located near multiple transit options, with stellar views of the Lake.

Excellent place to stay

Friendly staff. Quick and easy check-in and out. Restrictions in place were easy to follow and understand.

The front desk staff were excellent. The rooms were clean.

Could be good location, but really nothing to offer. I booked a waterfront room. It was on the 3rd floor, no view, windows dirty and full of bird droppings, many rooms available on higher floor, expensive room for no reason. I assume they don't like Orbitz. I should have stayed at Hilton instead where we stayed earlier in the week for half the price, no extra parking fee and clean windows They charged $25 for parking in addition to the expensive room

The location was great, but the Windows don't open, and over look a dirty cement ledge. There is also not enough room coffee and no lobby coffee provided. I expected better avid was disappointed.

Cleaning service was only available to change sheets upon request every 3 days. Not ideal.

Clean and nice area. The staff was not super friendly.

I was under the impression there was a hot tub which is why I booked this hotel but when we checked in we were told that there wasn’t one it was a little disappointing.

Hotel was under construction and had to switch rooms because of smoke smell, the new room was close to elevator so was disturbed by beeping noise all night.
