The room was very nice, clean and in good condition. Unfortunately, we did not know that the room did not get cleaned every day until we returned at the end of a long day looking forward to a clean room. Instead, we returned to all the beds unmade, wet towels all over the floor, and all of the dirty dishes and food from the night before. The concierge was unable to make a dinner reservation for us at the restaurant that was in the hotel, which was very unusual. When we called room service, they told us we had to call and order from the same restaurant above, and we had to go down and pick it up ourselves. No delivery of room service was unusual. Two nights of self-parking cost us $120. This is the first downtown hotel we have ever stayed at that didn't have valet, and $60 per day for self-parking is one and a half times what Disneyland Hotel charges. Pretty outrageous. This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel, but we might be looking for a different hotel next trip, especially at over $700 per night.
