Room was clean and had the basic amenities for a comfortable stay. No need to pack hairdryer, soap, or shampoo. Restaurant and coffee shop were good and affordable. Walking distance to convention center the river and down town. If you don't mind walking and have the time, we didnt need the car we rented. People were friendly. The only drawback was homeless population made us a little uncomfortable a couple times. Trash appeared not to be picked up in those areas as well. The river trail was nice for walking and we always traveled as a small geoup. Beautiful city and amazing architecture. Lots of good food options.

The staff at this hotel are awful. I had booked a roll away bed 7 days before we arrived & had a confirmation in writing. I was told 4 times the night we arrived that it was on its way up to room. At 10pm I was told there were no roll away beds avail !!!!!!. I went in person to reception & the manager (Ray) said there was nothing he could do & suggested my child sleep on the (dirty) floor. I will NEVER stay here again..... + the air con on the room was super noisy - this place is a dump!
