Pandemic protocol unfortunately so couldn’t get rid of garbage and recycle as normal. My primary complaint was my bed was uncomfortable. Probably needs either new mattress or new topper. Fought falling off all night!

Great quiet location near the river! We enjoyed our 4 night stay!

Great location. Staff was amazing. Small but nice rooms.

The tv in the room i got wasn’t working. They offered me another room, which was nice. Housekeeping didn’t visit for the entire time I was there (a 3 night stay over the weekend) even though I left the room fairly early in the AM and didn’t hang a placard on the door. It is BEYOND DIFFICULT to get to your room if you enter the building from anywhere other than the front doors, it’s a maze inside a maze… On the bright side, the room was very nice. Complimentary water was a nice touch and plenty of towels as well as a super comfortable bed. Overall, 6/10. Nothing outstanding and no deal-breakers.

Great location, clean, good amenities, quiet and nice rooms.

Very nice !

I loved the proximity to the park, and the overall “swankyness” of the property. The beds were quite a bit skooshier than is my preference, but you can’t please everyone :)

Beautiful property that feels safe and protected.

is nice an clean stuff really help full

Beautiful room and clean

The property has been recently updated and is very trendy and clean. The rooms are spacious, bed is so comfy, and pillows soft! Dinner and drinks were delicious. Not sure what was going on for breakfast though. There's a Starbucks counter with pastries, but we couldn't find a place, on a Sunday morning, to order a hearty sit down breakfast. The kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed a walk in the park. Plus it's walking distance to the Spokane Arena; or if your party is all 18 you could ride the community motorized scooters! There's 2 splash pads, basketball court, slides, etc nearby in the new park between the hotel and Arena.

Lovely pool area - nice gardens, good towel service. Hotel has some wear-n-tear - walls, baseboards... looks "tired" although just recently re-done. Good room, bathroom, linens.

Loved the quick, easiness of checking in. The room was updated and clean. Great pool!

I booked a double bed room poolside for my friend and I for a couple days ; when I tried to check in they told us they didn’t have the room I paid for available; both rooms left still unoccupied weren’t clean so they’re out of order. The front desk gentleman offered to upgrade us to a different room with a balcony, which was fine but I purchased the poolside room cuz that’s the one I WANTED. But, I know it isn’t his fault and I tell him it’s fine to give us a different room as long as we weren’t being charged more. Go up to the room and instead of 2 beds he gave us a single king ( my friend is a male and I am female so you can see the assumption I suppose.) I go back down and just simply ask for additional pillows and blankets so he can sleep on the couch in the suite; we were exhausted and had just driven back from Arizona so neither of us felt like changing rooms the second day when they said our room would be ready... BUT The aesthetic was phenomenal; the hotel was in great condition as was the room; the balcony had a lovely view, the staff were all incredibly friendly and overall we did enjoy our stay here. The atmosphere was beautiful and inviting and despite the unfortunate mishaps I’d most definitely stay here again.

This would be the perfect hotel, but they don’t tell you about the parking fee when you reserve the room. You literally need to pay to park your vehicle on their massive property when you’re staying here.
