We were there celebrating birthday and staff was very helpful and at check in - our reservation wasn’t there and staff was able to take care of us and we upgraded room to the tower which were amazing -

Where to begin with this hotel! We did check in the night of a concert so we knew there would be a line but after we got our room key we went to the room that the front desk clerk wrote the room number on our key card for and the keys didn't work and I had to go back downstairs just to stand there again to get my room key to work. Got back to my room and opened the door to find someone else’s stuff was in there and it was a mess. Needless to say back downstairs and back in line to find out the front desk clerk wrote our room number down wrong to begin with. This whole process took nearly an hour just to get in our correct room. Luckily the other guests weren’t in their room and we are decent human beings and immediately closed the door and went back downstairs to find out what was going on. Honestly I do not recommend this hotel for the price you pay. I even had called and left a voicemail with the manager when in line regarding the room error and other guests and have yet to be called back. There has been no apology from the hotel. And I would avoid going to the lounge in the evenings and dealing with a very rude hostess Courtney I have never seen so many eye rolls from someone in “hospitality”. We were excited to stay here but will be avoiding it in the future.
I wished the hot tub would have been open, and I didn't like the mattress, everything else was great. And the restaurant was superb.
Pandemic protocol unfortunately so couldn’t get rid of garbage and recycle as normal. My primary complaint was my bed was uncomfortable. Probably needs either new mattress or new topper. Fought falling off all night!

The tv in the room i got wasn’t working. They offered me another room, which was nice. Housekeeping didn’t visit for the entire time I was there (a 3 night stay over the weekend) even though I left the room fairly early in the AM and didn’t hang a placard on the door. It is BEYOND DIFFICULT to get to your room if you enter the building from anywhere other than the front doors, it’s a maze inside a maze… On the bright side, the room was very nice. Complimentary water was a nice touch and plenty of towels as well as a super comfortable bed. Overall, 6/10. Nothing outstanding and no deal-breakers.
