Very disappointing. No hot water in the morning, pool and fitness center were closed (hotel claimed they tried to contact everyone...no contact was ever received). Virtually empty, poolside rooms are basically in the basement. Would not stay here again.

Didnt like there was no winter time pool or hot tub and the service was terrible..understaffed.. in the lounge. Hotel was amazing though and great location.

I like it. It was good. People nice. Building refreshed. Location perfect.

There was no make-up mirror, only one place to plug in something, like the iron, and only one end table. The beds were too soft.

The property was recently remodeled and the lobby was much more tastefully decorated; last time we were there there were “bleachers” in it.

The Centennial is in a great location--love the access to Centennial Trail system and Riverfront Park/downtown. Great parking options, great proximity to Gonzaga U.

The hotel is in a great location, right on the Riverfront trail and the hotel has complimentary bikes you can use to ride on the trail. The outdoor pool area is nice, it has a decent sized pool and hot tub as well as lounge chairs. The food and drinks at the restaurant were excellent and they have happy hour every day. This was a very large hotel, if it were filled to capacity the common areas might get crowded.

Everything was wonderful UNTIL they hit me with a "resort fee" to "cover amenities" that were FREE amenities. Next time, don't tell me that I get free Wi-Fi, water, etc..., UNLESS it's ACTUALLY FREE!!! Or, here's a brilliant idea...…, add it to your room rate per night. OOOOOOOHHHH, I forgot, that would make your room more expensive and a potential guest could choose a competitor with a lower room rate. YEP, better keep the resort fee and keeping nickel and diming the guests before they check out. BRILLIANT marketing tool.

Nice room. Good location right on the river. Good value.

This hotel is newly renovated and it feels much modern. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The negative part of this hotel are the collateral fees. At the end of your stay you will find out that you have been charged a daily parking fee and a daily resort fee plus a sales tax on each of these fees which amounts to roughly $24 a day added to the costs of your stay. The hotel restaurant for should be avoided if you have time to go somewhere else to eat. A bowl of oatmeal is $13. If you want your coffee refilled you likely will have to go find your wait staff person to get it filled. The bar and restaurant is nicely located right off the impressive lobby and appealing in appearance,

Centrally located in downtown. Beautiful, spacious & clean rooms. There’s a trail behind the hotel that leads to the Falls. Awesome area.
