In the heart of Seattle downtown. Close to all kind of transportation.

The rooms were nice but small for the price other areas of the hotel were dirty and didn’t have easy amenities we won’t be coming back .

The property was clean. It had minimal amenities for the price point. It was conveniently located downtown and within walking distance to Pike’s place and most important the Paramount Theater. It is unlikely that I will stay there again. Our heat wasn’t working properly in our room the first night and the gore fave us 4 blankets but did not want to comp us for the inconvenience.

Breakfast was awful. Chef needs additional training on food preparation.

Mara at the front desk was wonderful and so helpful. My flight to Denver had been canceled, and I ended up stranded in Seattle for 24 hours. Mara helped me check in early at noon, and when I asked if the room had a bathtub, she upgraded me to an empty corner room that had a soaking tub. She helped me turn a very rough morning into a lovely stay in Seattle. The room was clean, well decorated, bed comfy, and perfect walking distance to everything downtown. My only improvement would be pillows, as the bed pillows were rather thin and all 4 the same.

The only parking was valet at $55 s night. No other issues

Loved the cleanliness of the lobby and rooms. They had the flexibility to give us an early check in. The early check in was a life saver!

They charged us twice. And parking was so expensive. Took forever to return the money that they overcharged us and we ended up losing 13$ because the currency change from American to Canadian dollars. Will never return to this hotel.

Comfortable and welcoming it’s in a prime location and access to everything including seconds from the major 🎭.

Location is close to shopping and light rail. Staff is friendly and helpful

The staff was just the best, especially Ashley! She brought us champagne and chocolate! An elegant hotel! Service was slow at the restaurant for breakfast, though. Not enough staff!

Great location!!!! Staff was very nice and helpful!!! would stay there again for sure!!!

Great hotel and location. Close to Pike Place Market and shopping centers and restaurants

The staff truly went above and beyond. Not only was the facilities incredible, clean, and close to everything- but the service was unbeatable. My mom had an emergency with her phone and we needed access to a computer with specific capabilities. Even though this was not available on site, the staff we encountered suggested several locations that we could find it at. Customer service goes a long way. The next day a different person noted on a map, five different places we could eat and what the transportation to get there would look like. Definitely recommend thanks to a great staff.

I liked it. I would have loved a little, not fancy , breakfast or snack option.

Very nice place and the room is clean and comfortable

Proximity to all the attractions was a plus. Very clean and staff were friendly.
