STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

DO NOT STAY HERE! They triple charged me for my room, they chargered me small fees on my card every day I was there even though I used no hotel servcies(food,parking) I checked every day with them about the charges nand they told me they were accidents that they would fall off. The day after I checked out they charged me again. The room was clean but it was above they laundry room and extremely noisy. Not to mention they took my personal items when they cleaned! The hotel did not apologize or offer any kind of help or accommodation for ALLL THE ISSUES! Days later I'm still sorting it out! HORRIBLE!!!!! I wish I would have booked somewhere else! Now I know better!

I would stay at the Paramount again

I love staying at the Paramount Hotel because it has the most comfortable beds, the rooms are spacious, and the atmosphere is warm and safe. The only thing I wish they had, would be a business center with at least one desk top computer and printer available.

Concierge was beyond accommodating and went out of their way to not only let us check-in EARLY early (we were only going to ask to store bags) but also let us keep the car in valet after checking out for a while longer. The room was fantastic, great bathroom setup, comfy bed, beautiful building. I will absolutely (and gladly) stay here again!
