Ice maker on our floor was out of service. We had a party of three with a reservation for three and our rooms bathing amenities was set for two. I would have preferred a prepared towels for three from the get go. I do want to note the staff was remarkable. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed to get an over the counter medicine. The verbal directions given to me were very clear and detailed and much appreciated.

Clean room. Location is great. Stayed on the second floor right across from the elevator. Intermittent noise. I would recommend staying on higher floor away from elevator. Street noise was easily heard. I've stayed at this hotel in the past and the 9th floor was quiet!

The paramount hotel was really beautiful and it was right in the heart of downtown Seattle. There are lots of shopping options around within walkable distance. The hotel was very clean. I love their security for example you have to use your key card to go to your floor in the elevator. I thought that was a great idea. The staff was so helpful. I felt like they went above and beyond when we had any questions they were really terrific.
